Aura on Flinders

It was a lovely stay. The apartment above us were throwing little metal canisters onto the road but apart from that it was a beautiful visit and would recommend.

Relaxing location surrounded by convenience stores. Required extra beds which they were happy to provide and had plenty of room.

Rooms are really good with great city views on yarra river, great location, well connected to public transport.

Good option in the area. Reasonable kitchen facilities, spacious rooms, seamless front desk and check in, nice design. Extra kitchen equipment would have been useful.

We only stayed for 2 nights and sadly i had my prescription medication stolen from my luggage while we were out for the day, obviously by someone with access to our room. Would not recommend at all.

Book elsewhere! Booked a "Deluxe One bedroom apartment" was anything but deluxe. Not on corner as advertised, found previous guests lost property, room didn't get serviced when requested (every 2nd day), lift broke down with us in it on check in and shower head was held up by a cable tie. Raised issue's with reception and was told "not my fault I don't write the room descriptions".

On the flip side good location, bed and security/access.

DO NOT GO HERE! Customer service is terrible!
We booked a taxi the day before for 6.40am to get to the airport, to go down to the lobby at this time to tell us we booked 7am.
There was no apology and no matter of urgency if we could miss our flight (even after we said nobody gave us an apology or called the taxi rank to speed up the process)

Location was close to everything in the CBD. We went to Rod Laver arena for a concert and uber fairs were cheaper. Stay was pleasant, clean and staff were willing to help. Especially when I had issues with the parking code.

The Best Service I’ve received in Melbourne. The Views are amazing and the location is perfect, especially if you get lost easily.

Its an awesome place to stay. Free wifi, but needs to be a little faster maybe.still an awesome place and anyways.who needs intwrnet when exploring Melbourne

Located within easy walking distance of major event centres and food options. Easily worth the price. Plus a great view all things considered. Room was spacious and tidy. Had everything needed for a weekend or more away. Some maintenance issues keep this from a full 5

The car lift was interesting as it was a pretty tight fit for larger cars to enter and exit, but parking was relatively secure. Water pressure was a bit strange as it would constantly drop and come back a few times every minute of every day. The water temperature remained consistent so it wasn’t unbearable. Two single beds were merged together to make a larger bed.

However the room I was in had good balcony views. Plenty of windows. Room seemed nice and modern which was great. The bathroom ceiling vent cleans the room of mist and smells remarkably quickly. There were extra pillows on the bed which was a bonus.

Given its flaws, and especially the cheap price per night for staying in the CBD, it was worth staying and I’ve got no doubt that I’ll be returning again as it’s also less than a minute’s walk from Viva Kebabs.

They should pay more attention to cleanliness, their furniture and their hospitality.it might also serve as temp student accomodation as the noise, the smell and the crowds on a Saturday night was a bit of a let down. Great location and view from the higher floors though!

Reliable, affordable, tidy and spacious apartments, perfectly located for travellers that need to work in the city or travel to outer suburbs. My go-to Melbourne accommodation.

Very rude staff who have huge attitudes and won’t do anything to actually help you, they also play favourites with their customers for example they called a taxi for a Chinese couple and not a Hispanic person however there is one really nice guy who works there thinking he is the owner. The rooms were very clean and the view was good

Location was fantastic and staff excellent. The apartment was well equipped and clean except the balcony and the extra blankets provided in the closet, which had hairs from previous guests.

Very nice place, spacious and is in a good location around the night life, would recommend for a weekend stay

Stayed 4 nights and would not stay here again. Rooms are small with no room to leave a suitcase. Soundproofing is terrible, was woken every night by doors slamming shut from people in other rooms, one night at 4am by children running up and down the hallway! Used the washing machine which didn’t work and left half the clothes soaking wet and the rest were dry and unwashed.
