48Awesome customer service, ended up saving over $70 on what I was originally planning on spending and getting a great pair of shoes.
I bought my husband a pair of ASICS runners for his birthday and the webbing on the top of one shoe has worn out within 4 months of very light usage. Took them back to the flagship store and they were very unhelpful. Rick the owner manager refused to replace them or give a refund. Very unhappy! Very poor service. Will not be back to ASISC! UPDATE: thought we'd give it another shot and went back to the store and SURPRISE! They agreed to replace the runners and then asked if I would take down my review. Fat chance.
