I've always loved wearing Asics shoes but never gone to this flagship store, following recommendations from friends I had to go. I was instantly greeted by the charming team member Max who gave me top notch advice on what shoes would suit me and used some cool tech to sort me out with the right size. After some deliberation on colour I was sold on a pair of stunning purple Gel Quantum 180s! Even got a free cookie and bottle for joining the Asics club! Thanks Max and the Asics team!

This brand is honestly worth it. I came in looking for a new pair of shoes due to pain from incorrect form in my legs due to wearing a different brand of shoe that wasn’t supportive. The lovely young girl working here helped me find a shoes that would fit best suited to my use of them. She was so informative, professional & helpful.

I showed up with no expectations, just browsing through the selection of running shoes. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. Although I went home empty handed, I received full knowledge of what I need for my next running shoes. Definitely coming back when the time comes.

Great customer service! Too bad I didn't get the Asian lady's name, she is awesome! Measured my foot, put on the treadmill to see how my foot behaves when I walk and made recommendation based upon those data. Give her a raise!

I went to the ASICS store with my friend (we are both physiotherapists) on and was assisted by an employee named Nicholas.

Nicholas was extremely helpful and attentive. I am a regular runner, and I completed a gait analysis with Nicolas and subsequently purchased a pair of ASICS that he recommended to me. Nicholas' advice was incredibly helpful and I'm extremely happy with not just my purchase, but my entire experience as a customer at the ASICS store. I will most definitely be back later this year to purchase new shoes.

This is meant to be a flagship store? A very small range of shoes in my opinion, I was disappointed! Seemed to be more clothes than shoes. Staff seemed friendly enough but I won't bother returning.

You can the sense that they know what they’re doing, with the running track and cameras etc. I was recommended a shoe that was too small and tight across the toes (I’m size 13 US), which caused my big toe to turn inwards. Only after going to a podiatrist was I advised the shoe recommended was not only unsuitable to me but had caused a issue with my big toe. Before buying shoes consult with your physio. I now use a wide body Brooks, which is far superior.

Mel provided really great customer service - she showed urgency and care. I really appreciated that she was bubbly and genuinely happy to help.
The store also had my size in a variety of shoes, which is rare!

I had purchased the Kayano 27 online for my bf James but wasn't sure if it was the correct fit. I had previously had a great experience at the ASICS city store as well as the DFOs so decided to take my bf to have his feet assessed at the store. We were served by Alexander who was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful.

He explained all about how my bf's feet has a smaller arch and would need a shoe that provides arch support. He reassured us that the Kayano was the best fit. Also took video footage of his feet running on a treadmill and explained where the ankle and foot was when running.

He also explained that the way the shoe is designed is to support and pull the feet/ankle back in so that the stance is correct.

We were both really happy with the exceptional service and will definitely be back next time we need a new pair of running shoes! I will no longer purchase any other brand but ASICS.

Spacious with a good ratio of staff to customers even on a busy Saturday morning. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Looking forward to my other ASICS shoe purchases.

The best / full range of Asics running shoes in all sizes, at least what they sell i Australia. I've made a number of purchases here over the years with great success with helpful ans friendly staff

Quite possibly the best retail experience ever. The guy who served me (who may have been the manager, not too sure) was super helpful and friendly. When you receive service like this then it makes you want to return!
