ASICS Melbourne Flagship

When I went my foot was measured at 8.5, but the guy suggested 9. Then when he went to get the box there were no size 9 left so he said 9.5 will be fine. I stupidly listened and walked a way with a pair of shoes that looked and felt like clown shoes. Today I received a pair of 8.5 ASICS on line and couldn’t be happier.

Even though the store was semi closed, the guys let me thru and I checked out/tried on a couple of tiger runners, good work. Chris.k

Kat was so helpful, and knowledgeable, knows exactly what I need. It's always hard to find a pair of comfy shoes for my flat feet. Now I'm very happy.

Came in tonight after work to purchase some new shoes for my partner and workout tops and was served by Janu, she was super helpful and genuine not pushy at all.

The 3 staff were to busy socialising amongst themselves to even so much as acknowledge the one customer they had in store. They didn't even bat an eyelid as I walked out last them

So sick, bought a pair of shoes two days ago, when I was in the lift, my foot was drag into the gap cause the plastic design on the side of the shoe (too much force of friction between wall and moving shoes on the lift)
my foot was stuck in the gap until i get to next level. Part of the glue on the side of the shoe broke, today I come back would like change another, a funny staff said once I wear these shoes, no matter what happened is my own fault:) Which means: once u buy it, we dont care about the shoes and customer

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me to a couple of pairs of shoes. Once I tried them both on and with further discussion my choice was clear. The shop is nicely presented, clean and well stocked.

Very positive experience at this store. I needed new gym shoes, Luke asked the right questions, listened patiently and suggested a few different models. He didn't try to sell the expensive models and infact said I would get the same performance out of a moderately priced shoe because of my use cases. Overall happy with my experience and purchase at this store, will definitely come back to buy more.

I bought a pair of running shoes in February that didn’t hold longer than 10 months, and without a receipt nor an exact date they still managed to find me in their systems. I came into store on Sunday and Nick served me and did a full gait analysis on the treadmill. He ordered me some shoes and they arrived today. When I went into try them they didn’t fit correctly but Nick helped me find the perfect pair.
I felt like he really listened to what I wanted and went out of his way to support me with finding the best fit.
I usually hate shopping for running shoes but the experience I had in this shop was really positive.

Best place in Melbourne to get new ASICS, bought some great GT-2000's and would buy again

We went all over Melbourne to brand name stores who could not sell us a cross training / tennis shoe. It seems fashion has taken over many name brands with a total lack of function.

I went into every shop saying we want a very stiff sole or shank for anti twist and heel support to play tennis.

Finally we found the ASICS flagship store. They had real shoes for sport.

And, the sales person did not try and sell me what they thought I might like the look of. The sales person helped us choose a real shoe designed for sport and not for sitting in cafes and looking sporting.

Kudos to that sales person for actually listening to us. (Amy maybeeeeee)

Needless to say. I bought the right shoes for the job.

My son who has narrow feet liked the ladies shoe because it is a more narrow fit. The picture shows the box about two minutes after we got back to our accommodation.

I visited this store to buy some socks, although they don’t have what I wanted, but the salesperson was good enough to recommend other products. Great customer service.

I went to the ASICS store with my friend (we are both physiotherapists) on and were assisted by an employee named Nicholas.

Nicholas was extremely helpful and attentive. I am a regular runner, and I completed a gait analysis with Nicolas and subsequently purchased a pair of ASICS that he recommended to me. Nicholas' advice was incredibly helpful and I'm extremely happy with not just my purchase, but my entire experience as a customer at the ASICS store. I will most definitely be back later this year to purchase new shoes.

Fantastic service from a lady named Amy! She was very welcoming and amicable, offering us a test run on the treadmill to recommend shoes best fit for us. Her service has a personal touch yet at the same time, very professional. The entire buying experience is a compelling reason why you should patronise this flagship store!

Hooray for Ollie, at the helm of the ASICS Tiger alcove in the flagship store, a paragon of Kiwi kindliness he and the rest of the crew patiently take one through the small but artfully curated selection of athleleisure collectables, be it gifts for the sporty persons in your life or something in which to pad around the urban jungle looking all feline and just the right amount of ferocious, add it to your idling itinerary.

Poor customer service.it took the staff to realize that they were actually working after chatting moments.i was unattended and uninterested to continue my shopping at the store
