Waste of time with this lot - I have a good Credit rating and offered security @ 6: 1 ratio and was rejected for a loan without any reason - Unless you're not needing a loan they might be ok but Loans with them are a Joke!

I joined the Australian Postal Institute soon after starting work with the former Postmaster General’s Department in 1954.
Since then I, and my family, have benefited greatly from the many services they provided members.
I have used APS savings products for many years: mainly the term investments and notice of withdrawal products, which always have interest rates better than the banks.
For many years I dealt with Sam Athens, who has now retired.
Whenever I need advice or help with my investments my call is answered quickly and cheerfully and I’m transferred to the person best able to help.
Thank you, APS staff, for your great service over the past 70 years.

This place is amazing we have been through the toughest time after having to sell our business and having a short fall of funds we took a caveat loan against our house with APS the process was so quick and easy! Skip the banks and the headaches!

I have been with APS for a number of years. They are the Best and have met and exceeded my financial needs and plans.

The team is simply incredible! Cant think of another organisation that can cater to their customers needs better than this lot! Everything was so smooth starting from the lovely ladies at the reception, membership application to Gabe’s approval fr my loan that i need fr medical reasons and the EXCEPTIONAL customer service Anne Snooks provided me, was burdened and worried sick of a mistake that i made that could’ve been very costly fr me, Anne assisted me with the rectification of the funds and put in the tight account.now im rest assured with peace if mind that everythings good to go with my procedure on monday morning!

the interest rates are very good compared to other medical loan providers! I live APS BENEFITS! My hubby is now filling an application fr a membership too

Since Joining APSBS, all the stuff have been very helpful, professional and proficient.
Particularly Julie, who has always been very warm, professional and open about their products and has educated me in simply explaining the little details weather it be recommending something else or emailing me further information.

Fedela Morabito was unfailingly patient and immediately available to explain and answer all my estate queries. Many thanks to Fedela and Phil Lambourne for their advice and efficient teamwork. I cannot recommend enough. Professional service by Phil Lambourne. I sent him all the details of my plight. He messaged back and made a time to call me the next day. Called on the dot of time agreed. Listened to me. Made sound suggestions. Within 30mins I had an outline of a plan. That very afternoon a perfect thought out letter was sent on my behalf. All the costs were discussed with me. I feel I’m in very good safe hands. Whenever I email Phil he responds almost immediately. Fantastic work ethic. Phil is a very kind clever man. I am looking forward to a positive outcome. Come what may I fully believe he is doing the very best he can for me.

I joined APS when I started working for Queensland Health in 2001 and have had a funeral benefit since then. I recently had a crisis which made me believe I would have to cancel membership and close my funeral fund. I spoke with Carmelina today and received an alternative option that she offered. I am extremely happy that Carmelina was able to relieve some of my stress. I am so grateful to her and the APS team that I am still able to continue my funeral fund and also am able to fix some of my financial worries. Thank you so much for your help and support in a very difficult time for my family

APBS have constantly provided Financial Advice, even when not requested when they saw I was headed in an undesirable direction. For example, they rang me to confirm a Personal Loan and told me to be wary of "No Interest Purchases" as this has a very lasting effect on my own Credit Rating, no matter how quickly you pay them off.
I was first introduced to APBS when a young lad into Army. I'd just had a messy separation and lost everything. APBS provided me with minimal questions asked substantial Personal Loan to help get back on my feet, into a rental and purchase furniture so I could house my two toddler children when they came to visit.
Again, when my car engine blew and needed replacing.
And again when I was Medically Discharged and once again, left hanging by DVA for years.
And now, their Term Deposits are truly there for us, the Customer, not like Big Financial Institutions" and the "Shareholders"

My husband and I joined APS Benifits as members a few years ago, the team are so lovely and very helpful.
Not only do we have peace of mind with a funeral plan which is very affordable but we got our daughter one which she is quite happy with.
