Stock standard Apple store. Clean and inviting. All the products you need in the same place at the same time. Only gripe here is that it's ALWAYS too busy to get help quickly, regardless of how many friendly, helpfuly staff there appear to be.

The only apple store I go to whenever I have any problems, they always come through for me every time. Very professional and friendly. Marcus who recently helped me was amazing! Best Apple store in Melbourne

The good:
Appointment started on time and the woman who helped me was very friendly.

The bad:
Unfortunately due to system issues it took over 40 minutes just to check in my device.

The good:
Only took 20 minutes to replace my screen (originally told me an hour) and they got my number to call when it was ready to pick up (even though they said that wasn't possible at the start).

So overall good service, bad systems, flaky devices that should last longer considering what you pay.

I have an iPhone 6. In December last year I had a battery replacement. I’ve noticed that in the one corner of my phone is loose which means a screw is missing. Now if this is what Apple does to their customers I will never buy a Apple product again and infact I will let the media know about it too.

The apple store here does tech lesson for free and it’s GREAT! My grandmother often goes here to learn new tips and tricks for her iPad and MacBook. The staff are very friendly and the children’s iPads have good children seating. 5/5 stars live this place!

Waited an hour to purchase a Macbook from this store. Two staff members completely blew me off when i approached them to purchase it and were standing around talking to each other for half an hour before proceeding to assist us.

Go the Chadstone or Fountain Gate if you're desperate to go to an Apple Store as the staff are better there.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Had issues with a MacBook and they got fixed (for free, warranty) although the repair quality isn't the best in my opinion, the issue returned and there was no attention to detail in the workmanship.
Saying all this, after returning said faulty MacBook I purchase another from this Ape store. They price matched from Officeworks.

Manager that was on between 4pm-5pm on 12.01.2019 would have to be the worst in customer service! The actual lady that dealt with my enquiry was terrific and super helpful, so 5 starts for her! Just because you are in a retail management position doesn't give you consent to treat customers as if they are below you. Apple; I think you need to retrain your management in communication skills!

Great service for a non apple person. Was met at tge front of store and asked to wait 5mins. Within 5 mins a sales person coukdnt help me enough. Thats why i always go to this store rather than on line. They even set up my business account while i was there. Great service.

I bought a go pro 7 black at apple Chadstone 2 days ago. This morning Jan 17 went to apple southland to ask assisstance on how to synchronize it w my iphone. After a while i was told they cannot help me and i need to contact go pro as it is not their product. WTF! I bought it from Aple Chadstone
I should have just gone to jb hi-fi and buy it there.they will be willing to assist. Haiz.customer service sucks

Just after Christmas i went into the store to buy anew phone, Tara served me and she was awesome, great service, super informative and good for a chat while we waiting for my phone to backup.she told me she'd been there for about 6 weeks, i thought she was a team leader or supervisor. Even though it was really busy in the store all the staff we very calm helpful and patient with all the customers. I will definitely be coming back here:)
