I paid a special visit to swap a faulty Lightning Cable, and they refused because I didn't have a Genius Bar appointment.

I shattered my knee last week, and am wheelchair-bound, yet they didn't give a damn – not even the manager.

Despicable.

Shane at the Genius Bar provided excellent service. He explained everything clearly and was very patient and courteous. If I ever need technical advice again I hope I get Shane - he's a real asset to the Apple store.

Went in today to replace my faulty iPhone XS Max Smart Battery Case only to be given another faulty case, with a toddler waiting for ages, with security eyeballing my toddler.and to get a working one its a lottery to go in and win the working case, how is this legal?

Not gonna lie, went in there twice in one day to exchange something and both times I was served with excellent customer service. Staff knew what I was after and it was not hard at all to exchange purchase.

I have always received professional and excellent service form the staff here. The diverse workplace environment is one to be appreciated. I just hope the staff gets paid as much as their enthusiasm to assist it's customers.

Dreadful. There were may more staff in store than customers but we waited quite a while to be served, the waited even longer to find out what we wanted was out of stock. I still own Apple products but I'm so glad I've moved to Android. Only went to shop for a gift wanted for a family member. Not likely to ever go there again.

Standard Apple store. Appointments are meaningless as you can book a Genius Bar appointment and still sit there waiting for an hour.

My mother went to apple today and waited over a half hour for at the genius bar because her iPhone wouldn't update, the technician attempted to update several times and failed, however on the last attempt the phone now says to connect to iTunes to restore.however he informed her that all her data has now been lost. He was not even slightly appolagetic for the loss of several years of pictures that was on the phone, and said to get a data recovery company to try and fix it. As someone who isnt computer literate she though she was doing the right thing going to apple store for help, however this appears to be wrong, you would think a half decent technician would have made a backup before trying to update a phone.

Very helpful and honest customer service! I went in here with very specific questions and the staff were super knowledgeable and honest about what each product could and couldn't do. There was no hard sell which I really appreciated and it really increased my overall opinion of the brand!

My iphone has just stopped functioning well after warranty ended. It’s super glitchy and broken but it’s not even worth fixing it.

Let me in less than an hour after meeting the concierge and I didn't have an appt.
The genius Bar took less than 20 mins to look at my iphone

I entered and no one came to my aid. There were two sales assistant standing around, who approached a couple that entered later than me. Definitely will not come again.

Pleasant space but not clear why they take appointments because they clearly make no attempt to keep them. Heaps of staff all wonder around looking hip, but providing no real assistance. 15 minutes late and counting, staff now chatting to each other whilst we sit here waiting. Disappointing that the store can’t provide service when you drop SO much money.

Caitlin was an absolute STAR. I needed help with my brand new iPhone XR, as I initially thought it was water proof. Turns out it is water resistant, and I am very happy I was notified. Very helpful and KIND. She also gave me some tips and tricks on general usage and face recognition. Great member of your staff. Thanks Caitlin!
