Worst customer service went three times to fix my iphone x lock button and they kept me waiting waiting and sending a message to come and again asking me to wait. Will never go with apple again.

Great place for shopping but i wish it had a theatre so it ran tutorial classes that visitors can drop into and learn to use the software and hints and tricks etc.

Went to the store with my iPhone plus which can not be turn back on. Asked them what is wrong with the phone they assume it might be dust. They said they don't look into the phone which can not be turned on? SHOCKING.

Really dissappointed, purchased a macbook for $1899, with $280 gift card on Black Friday. Apple store online sent an invoice for total $1619. I asked them to send a new invoice, they said thet can't. It really DOESN"T make sense, customer service not helpful at all.: (

Took more than 3 1/2 hours to replace a simple battery, with silly amount of staff just hanging around doing nothing it should not take this long compared to your other simple mobile repair stores which take 30 mins or less to repair your phone. Over 3 hours is ridiculous

Super helpful! Staff are always attentive and nice, I only wish I remembered the name of the guy that I had my Genius Bar appointment with so I could praise him in this review. My products last forever and I just got some new ones this year, so I won’t need to come here often because of that, but when I do or I’m just having a browse for the newest product, it’s always a good visit.

Needed to get something repaired and the wait was INSANE the customer support was great once you get to them but just make sure you have the time. Always packed with people.

Technically weak team. Can’t resolve the issues. They will give you stupid answers blindly.
I went to the store because My phone mic was not working, The guy at the front- instead of booking an appointment, he was blaming the phone cover. He was saying that the cover is blocking the mic. Poor analysis. Waste of time.
Any Asian store is better than this store.
Message to the store management- please change this kind of people and check the performance of the staff and try to get the feedback from the customers.

At Highpoint that was so bad service! The staff just like to talking with their colleagues.they didn’t focus on client talked, so rush then they gave me a wrong color.she didn’t ask me to check the color, she wrapped in a bag. I thought she gave me right color so I didn’t check

Poor customer service no communication between the staff about appointments It took me one week to book an appointment.
And on the appointment day really disappointed with the service.

Had been many times there, few staff working there does not have special knowledge about Apple products and services, they do not guide customers properly. Once I had a terrible experience there when one of the staff did not deal me according to Australian Consumer Law and refused to help me to get my device fixed which is quite awkward but later some days after visiting again one of the guy helped me out. But not a good place for services at all.

Encountered with the most rude and uninterested staff member. Her name was Carissa. She had an incredibly intimidating and egotistical attitude.

Because of this staff member, I not only ended up returning my watch for a full refund, my wife also wasn’t interested in buying any new product at that store.

However, the store manger was a gentleman and another staff member called Emmanuel was excellent.

My kids love this place they have always been able to hel po when we have a problem and the service has been very good. Just shame prices are so high

Best apple store in Vic.
They do what they can to help, sometimes they can't fix a machine because it's too old or liquid damaged etc but at that point just look for someone who can do mac repair.

If the device is in warranty they are great!

If buying a mac you definatly want the apple care!

Overall it's a nice store with good wait times and the staff are really friendly.

New iPhone broke after 4 weeks, staff admitted was a manufacturing fault was not offered a replacement but forced go days without a phone I paid more than $2500 to purchase.

Terrible customer service by the staff was very unhelpful including the apple store manager Poppy. Staff seems to have no idea how warranty works.

Just want to compliment one of the employees, Frazer, on wonderful service. We were at apple for about 2 hours as it is my first time buying and using an apple phone. He helped me set up my phone and also set up family sharing for my family. He was very lovely and helpful and explained it in a way which I could understand. What a great asset to your company. I have been to high point Apple store an hour ago to look apple watch and the guy at front at watch display, Philippino look has no knowledge about it and was rude. No customer care attitude said that come tomorrow. I approached to next sales person who appointed someone else to assist me. And he was great.
I had bad experience every time when I go.
Please put welcoming sales person at front.

IPhone screen stopped working, needed to make an urgent warranty claim. Got told to come back in 3 days after being told I couldn't make an appointment earlier in the day.

Well its apple. Not much to say. But It would really help if there were signs or lines to know where to go. Eg. Appointments in a line and people looking to purchase another or something.
