I went to replace a battery for Iphone 13 mini.
After dicussed with a nice guy, we decided that it was better to trade in for a new one.

A young lady look after us to make the purchase, and when we were going to finish the deal, the lady asked to my daughter to choose a cover meanwhile she was going to install a screen protector.
I didn't like the way she told us, because, she didn't previously ask if we want those accesories, so I said ohh! Must be for free no? She replied not. I knew that, but who authorised you to install a screen protector that is going to be overpriced on Apple stores, with no permission.
I was very dissapointed with this old school sales strategy.
Obviously, I rejected the offering, and then I asked her to transfer old data to the new phone.
Her answer was, that will took like 4 hours to do it, and if we don't want to wait we need to pay $5 for extra storage on the cloud and then we could do it at home, I asked her if it's enough with $5, she said of course.
I agreed and when she was going to add the storage, price was $15, because $5 was not enough, so at that time my patience was over, and I left the store with out purchasing the phone.
I went to Vodafone and I trade it for an iPhone 15, despite that, they paid me less for the old phone.
Not recommended at all.

The lady who changed my phone did not provide me the option to get the backup from my existing phone and pushed me to believing that icloud backup was my only option. Even after backing up, because of the data on icloud being over 70gb, it took me 10hrs to get it sorted but i got logged out of gmail accounts which I now do not have access to. Just because a staff member wanted to be done with a customer to go on her break. Im angry at the poor service and have nothing but hate built up because of her and because of the loss I cant recover simply because icloud backup cant log me in.

Very quick attentive service. The staff were quick and efficient. Showed me the items we were lookingfor. So purchasrd them. Way better service than at Westfield Doncaster.

Aleyna today was efficient, friendly, competent and solved all the problems with an old iPad that we wanted to give to a grandson. Thank you Aleyna, really appreciated.

I had an amazing experience last Sat. One of the staff, Glory was so thorough, friendly and helpful. He really understood the issue and solved it. He made by day and my daughter's - Thanks for the great service - Catherine

Despite the bad reviews, I have to say the hospitality was great, the employees were smiling and all, and I basically had a back light issue with my mac and “ Tyler “ the employee who was in charge of my case was sooo helpful and nice, I wish customer service was everywhere like him.

I came to talk about my phone repair and the agent couldn't wait until I put my password and he started to serve another customer. I am wasting my time here until he finishes. Very unpleasant and unhappy with the customer service. His name is Gerry.

I went into the store with my 18 month old to get some help with my iPhone 13. I bought this phone not long ago and it keeps freezing when I am texting and I can not hear whoever calls me when I put them on speaker.

This guy called Liam comes 20 minutes late and completely decided he is not going to take my concerns on board because according to him, he ran some tests and the phone is fine. The funny part is when I asked him, could you repeat my issues back to me, he says something completely different. So, I request for a senior person who can help me with my phone issue. He starts getting so aggressive and verbally loud. He even called me a liar. At this point, i am taken back by his comment. I explain to Liam that I bought a product from Apple and I am not happy with it. I got a warrant and I just need to fix my phone. I tell him, I don't know you so no needs to be aggressive towards me as this is not a personal issue.

He leaves and brings his manager by the name of Rhiannon who is completely disinterested in what I had to say and repeats what he saying. So, I request her to repeats what my concerns were, and again she says completely something different. Then, i tell her that this is not my issue and tell her my issue. She does not take anything i said on board and repeats, he run the test and the is nothing we can do. At this point, i just leave the Apple shop (high point) because i needed to feed my son. What in the world is wrong with these people?

All i wanted is my phone fixed and now i dont know who i should go to next! The crazy part is I HAVE A WARRENT!

The security are a terrible face for this company and store. They are the first point of contact and they point and treat you like an animal, whistling at you and yelling at people in the line. Massive power trips for just a few people lining up. Treating you like you’re at a nightclub. Rude and just plain degrading. Never buying from apple again.

We dropped off my sons ipods on the 12th of August a replacement was sent on the 20th of August by post I've called back 3 times and still don't have my ipods its now the 17th of September and no resolution this is not something you can blame on covid where packages from overseas come quicker apple highpoint hasn't been helpful at all been on the phone for and hour and 40 mins and still waiting shocking a their has more honour

We got denied service because my wife was not wearing a mask (although she has a medical reason and excemption). Disgusting customer service and treatment. If I could give zero stars I would. We are going to be taking legal action.

The staff at this store generally very rude. I have visited here on multiple occasions and I have been spoken to rudely. Would really not recommend this store.

Went there to replace 2 batteries on 2 separate phones, they did an amazing job as both phones didn't lose any APPS or pics, awesome staff

Whilst the staff were friendly. I (Brieley) did get told to leave the store today after already having 4 points of contact.
First the Secruity guard outside the store pointed us to an available staff member to make an appt, Claudia was so friendly!
Third, the staff members outside was also nice, told us to queue inside.
Whilst speaking to the then 4th staff member a Secruity guard came over and told me I couldn't be in store without a mask; I politely responded that I have a legal medical exemption, as I reached for my bag to get out my certificate of exemption he said it didn't matter and I couldn't enter the store!? !

I work in customer service and I get it's annoying that some people don't wear masks simply because they don't want to but I have a physical certificate given to me by a doctor and I was still refused entry even though this is an unlawful act as per DHHS website!
Won't be shopping here again!
That Secruity guard on duty tonight needs to be taught the rules.
This was utter discrimination.
So disappointing after having such friendly interactions with the 3 Apple staff.

I made appointment I was on time but I waited more than one hour and also they don't have any after services at all.they only want to sell the new phone.they don't have any responsibility and no customer service at all.very bad experience and very poor customer service.

Some of technician very very bad in high point apple store.
Last week I went high point to fix my phone, she bloody delete my all contact without asking me.
Phone still my phone giving me trouble, ”.

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store. Today I booked a session at 3: 40pm and the staff told me to come at 3: 30pm. I arrived on time, only to be told that my session was at 4: 50pm. No apologies, no assistance whatsoever. The staff told me there's nothing he could do. Well, there's definitely something you can do: take a crash course in customer support!
