Went there today to repair my broken screen and I’m very grateful for my experience with Hamzy (not sure if I’m spelling properly). Excellent conversation and customer service! Also, my phone was ready sooner than expected. Thanks, Hamzy! Thanks, team!

Unhappy with my experience trying to even get into the Apple store.
Multiple unanswered phone calls.
Wasted time waiting in line then being told they only accept bookings.

I had plans to buy a new Mac.
After this experience I’ve decided I will move over to the Microsoft ecosystem instead.

Goodbye Apple.

So today I went to the Apple Store Highpoint with my friend as his MacBook Pro had developed several faults and AppleCare had organised an appointment to verify the issues and for the store to organise the return and refund of the defective device.

The first staff member who assisted us was very helpful and verified the issue and approved the return, We were then handed over to another staff member to carry out the return. For some unknown reason, they were unable to do the return on their system despite having the correct receipts and order numbers, they then advised us that we would have to come back on a weekday between 9-5 as they needed to get customer relations to do the return.

The store advised me to try calling the Apple Online store whilst I was still there, upon calling the online store they advised this would have to be done by AppleCare.

The advisor at AppleCare said we don't need to come back, and spoke to the store staff member and it was agreed that the store should create a repair to capture the MacBook which is a standard practice and customer relations would contact the store to facilitate the return. The staff member agreed with the advisor and then went to a manager to get the approval, the staff member then came back and said the manager refused.

We then asked to speak to the manager directly, this was when we had the misfortune of meeting Rheannon. Rheannon then proceeds to loudly belittle my friend and me all while we still had the AppleCare advisor on the phone listening, saying "I'm store leadership and I don't want your laptop here" and then we asked why and she refused to answer, I then asked could we get that in writing for AppleCare, and she laughed and said "I don't need to give you anything" and walked off.

We were left shocked, we continued the call with the AppleCare advisor who had heard the entire thing and they said they would sort this out on Monday and that we wouldn't have to deal with the store again as what she heard was disappointing and not the level of service that Apple should provide.

It’s shocking how different the service is at the Highpoint Apple store vs the call centre. There are no geniuses there… don’t bother visiting for service, unless you want to watch a bunch of kids on their iPads walking around not providing any service. Just call for the level of service your expect from Apple.

Good service but the queue times are insane and required me to come back the next time with a booked reservation. Once getting into the store the next day the team was very helpful and professional.

You need to book to get in, drove 2hrs to get told they are fully booked for the night.

Edit: booked in went there and got great service from Ben, easy and pleasant purchase.

Jbhifi Wouldn’t take my iPad for repair told me to contact apple, apple asked me the problem (not charging) and asked I plug in the power iPad to get diagnostics.
Have you tried turning the power cable upside down?
Yes I rode my kangaroo and then turned it upside down.
Explaining that I plugged in a JB hifi adapter, I was asked to try a different power source. At which point I cracked

Had a booking ahead of time. Got in droped of Mac book for repairs. Quick in and out. Staff were extremely helpful. Store was super busy as always

Worst customer service ever received from an Apple outlet!

Needed some help for my MacBook Pro still covered by Apple care plus! (flickering rainbow image when shutting machine down)

Answer from the technician was it’s nothing to worry about they should fix it with next software update!

Some of the keys were sticky: he said this can happen with the time ‍️ And he gonna replace some I don’t think he did it as the issue wasn’t fixed.

Week after booked an appointment for battery replacement of iPhone X, drove 45min just to find out with out a phone ID can’t be done (as I forgot my wallet) Instead of providing me with a sort of special Lable witch Apple does to the customers with out an ID Handy

Got all these issues fixed at Apple chadstone! Another level of customer service! Everyone were very nice.

Big and crowded. Never could manage a personal interaction with the consultants there. Pity they r more busy checking their phones rather than looking out for needy customers. @TimCook.this is the prestigious Apple Store

I am very disappointed with Apple technical support, they flat out lie to customers and are of no assistance. I have an older iPad whose battery is dying. I attempted to backup my data through iTunes and iCloud only to discover most of the data was deleted during the backup, apparently there was incompatibility with my older iPad and the backup formats. There were NO warnings about this in the product disclosure terms and conditions. No one could help me over the phone and I was told to attend a store for more help.

James was initially helpful until he realised I had an old device. Apple offer NO technical support for devices that are older than 12 months in age. I was given no options apart from you need to buy a new device. I was then also told all the data on the device would be lost as the backup system through iTunes and iCloud are not compatible from older devices to new devices.

I would not recommend Apple devices for personal use unless you absolutely have no other options. Apple do not care about those who have continuous and long serving customers, they only care about $$$$$$$

Very pleasant experience at Apple Store Highpoint. The 21-year-old lady was so attentive and kind. She helped us choose the right Apple Watch for my friend's birthday present. I've never been an Apple fan, but I have to admit the great professionalism Apple staff showed us. Well done.

I purchased an airpods case but I requested for a refund.
Apple says they can't refund because it was a repair.
Are they serious? Buying a case is a repair?
So If I buy a macbook case, that is a repair?
As 10+ years Apple user, I am highly disappointed and will not purchase Apple product for the rest of my life.

Been to the store for different services over the past three weeks. Devices they could fix were done brilliantly.
When there was a problem with NLA parts on a computer they advised how that could be sorted too.
A mistake was corrected as well.
Fantastic service, much appreciated.

You often have to make an appointment and wait, so that is annoying. Suggest making appointment online ahead of time. Th store is huge and they have a bunch of really helpful agents. I went to Telstra to get an iPhone and they gave me a lot of headaches, so I decided to go directly to the apple store and I walked out with my brand new iPhone hassle free. It was such a smooth transaction.

Was let down when, while snatching a minute from work was asked to make an appointment for 4 days away.
Considering I own 7 Apple devices, not possible to get the audio checked on a my iPhone se that’s only 5 months old.

Had to make 3 trips to this place to get my 2018 Macbook's camera fixed. They could not fix it despite the team genuinely trying to.
