Great service and staff. Unfortunately they couldn't do a simple swap out of a watch band that I went in to pick up because of the way their stock system works, which I thought was a bit weird and a little disappointing.

Apple Chadstone has great customer service:) I needed help with some iPhones and the person who helped us was really friendly and easy to talk to. Their facility is really nice and visually attravtive.
Overall just a great apple centre:)

Worst customer experience ever. After using Apple products for years, I walked out of that store determined that my new laptop would not be an Apple. I bought the Dell XPS-13 (reviewed as the best laptop of 2021) and it runs rings around the new Apple Macbooks at about 40 percent cheaper in price. In some ways, the Chadstone Apple store did me a favor by opening my eyes to how good other brands laptops are and how well priced in comparison to Apple products.

Very difficult to get service done. Sat for an hour while AppleCare support argued with the in store rep. Support staff in store didn’t seam to be the same quality as other Apple store reps.

Placed a click and collect order online, received an email within minutes confirming it was ready to pick up. Served promptly in-store and was in and out very quickly.

Terrible service and attitude of sales consultant. He does not know how to pair air pod max to an iPhone of the shop after trying 15 minutes and he blames the customer not holding the headphone properly. He thinks holding the headphone differently will prevent the sound coming out!

Embarrassing service on behalf of the Apple staff. I was at Southland store wanting to make a purchase yet they sold out. Was told to make my purchase online and will be able to pick it up from Chadstone store. After calling to double check if my item was in stock I was told to buy online as safety and will be able to pick it up. After arriving to the store I was told by one staff member I couldn’t pick the item I had paid for as I only had a photo of my ID, then told by another staff she didnt mind if I did.

The service only gets worse. I was dealt with by the manager who belittled me and spoke to me as if my concerns were unimportant. Not once did she apologise on behalf of the store and herself.

I had my pick up person changed after being hung up twice by the online Apple store. Then as I simply thought I could pick them up now, Chadstone had not received in there system that I was waiting to pick up my purchase. So I simply was not getting my item until they received this information which apparently can take up to 3hours. The store was closing in 29minutss and I was not leaving without my item as I had an email that they were ready today to be picked up. The manager told me that she thought it was a joke that I would wait because it may not be ready in 20minutes. I didn’t understand as I was told by two people I could pick them up now and had an email telling me they were ready. There was physically numerous items in stock but could not give them to me because of there seperate software of the online store. Only tip: don’t tell a customer they will receive something when they clearly will not, especially on Christmas Eve.

Seems to me like there is a lack of communication between staff members in this company. Apple made there sale to me, got there money (there priority) and couldn’t give me the item they physically had in store. Will not be returning.

This Apple store is in a different level. I am visiting Chadstone probably after one years time and oh boy what a change. They have completely moved the store to a diffident location and now it’s massive. Almost felt like I was in a American store. Love the concept and having live trees and so much open light coming into the store. One of the best best apple stores I have visited and the service was equally amazing. The layout of the store is well designed. Once you go in, doesn’t feel like coming back out.

Nice place to purchase apple products but I have to say the service is average, if not below the standard. The staff are all very friendly when talking to customers, but they need to be more careful and considerate in their job. Two of my recent visit to this place have both been unpleasant:

Last month, I purchased an Apple Watch for my mum as a gift and specified that I wanted the nylon loop band watch as it’s more comfortable. However when I returned home and opened the package, it was the fluoroelastomer band that I tried on but said no to the staff. I returned to the store a few days later to get the band changed but they ran out of the colour I wanted, so I had to get another colour that my mum doesn’t like much.

Today, I went to the store to replace the battery for my iPhone 6s. I was told by one staff member that I needed to wait for 2-3 hours before the service, which was absolutely understandable at this busy time of the year, so I cancelled my doctor appointment in the afternoon just in case I couldn’t make it. Two hours later, when it was my turn, the first thing that the staff member asked me was if I have backed up all the files on the phone, which I had not, then she told me they would need to wipe out all the data in the service and I won’t be able to collect my phone today, and she even offered a suggestion that I could book another time during the week when all the files are backed up. So my question here is, why don’t you ask me if I have backed up the files when I first came? How am I supposed to know that I need to back up the data for a battery replacement? If you have checked with me in the first place, I would not have to cancel my doctor appointment and waste my afternoon in the shopping centre, and I could just book another time with you without interrupting my own plans for today. I understand all of your staff are busy but so is everybody else, asking one more question won’t take them more than 10 seconds, but will surely save me 2 hours of time! Please be more considerate!

Poor customer service. Apple support indicated that it would be fine to drop my watch off without an appointment. Upon driving a 4 hour round trip the customer service officer request that I make a booking in 4 days time. When I returned and after a quote online of $289 from the apple support app they then tried to charge $489 for a repair. Keep in mind the a new one is $549 and I don’t have to wait and deal with them again.
If you are not going to help people, please don’t work where customer service matters. I hope my MacBook or iPhone or iPad don’t need repairs because it’ll be easier to bin them.

I'm so embarrassed by the service in this store that I do not even have enough words to describe my outrage and disgust from the people I dealt with in this store, when you go to spend your money there, they become so polite, so nice and affable, and then as soon as you come there with their poor-quality goods and demand justice, all their cursory kindness and friendliness somewhere evaporates, and do not expect that your problem will be solved because they will convince you with all their might that you are wrong, and the rest is not important about for them. I really do not recommend resorting to the services of this store.i lost money because of them.

Not too many complaints. Service was excellent however I did have to wait a while to get served. This could be because there were not enough workers per customer in the shop bu overall the environment was great, layout was flawless and items on sale were nothing to complain about. If you are someone that wants a great experience and is looking to buy a new phone or tablet, Apple is the place to be.

Annoyed - I rang the store once visited the store 3 times to book in my iPhone for a new battery. Waited for 1.5 hours to be attended to only to be told that I needed to back up my data before the battery is changed. When i asked why someone wouldn't have mentioned this earlier I was told that this information was in fact on the Apple website. Well I'm not from the generation that wears a man bun and only communicates by text, I don't browse internet sites to read company procedures nor do I read the fine print of a Microsoft licencing contract for FUN!
I spoke to 2 of the consultants on my way out (with my old battery) who really could not see my point of view at all. We are not all tech heads! Wake up Apple Chadstone (VIC) and lift your game!

Lots of Apple employees chatting with one another and avoiding customer contact. I approached 3-4 black T shirts asking if I could buy a watch “please. ” They all disappeared never to return. After 45 minutes I was stunned to be approached by one who asked if she could help me. From then on the transaction was rapid, but sadly the receipt never arrived in my email. Today I’ve been attempting to make contact via phone to request that the receipt be emailed again. Sadly the phone connection drops out after 20 minutes and after 3 attempts my phone needs to be re-charged.

We are a small business and have been working closely with the Apple Chadstone business team over the last few months. I'm sure we are not the biggest account these guys look after but we were treated as VIP's the whole time. The business team have been a delight to deal with. Special shoutout to Matt, Jacob and Scott.thanks for all your help guys!

Worst service ever. After waiting two hours to fix an issue on the Apple watch, they mentioned me they can’t repair the it in Melbourne and they have to send it to New South Wales.
So, Basically I waited two hours for technician to tell me they cannot fix iwatches onsite
I think staff can mention about that to any customer rather than wasting custoemr’s time.

I went in with my boyfriend to make an appointment to get his phone replaced by apple care because his charging port was (still is) dented. We got redirected to a sales rep who instantly made me want to leave. He was extremely rude, making us out to be idiots because he didn't understand what "I have AppleCare premium, I need to replace my phone" meant. I removed us from the situation because he made me so annoyed. We stood there for 20 more minutes trying to figure out how to make sure my boyfriends iCloud was up to date. (BY OURSELVES CLEARLY STRUGGLING) while he gossiped about us to his coworkers, and made the charging cords on the table we were at look nice. Good job with the cords dude, they looked great. Also cool = tattoo on your ankle you should show it to your boss after he sees this:)

The English blonde manager has no idea what customer service means anymore allowing her staff to be absolutely dismissive of customers issues instead of finding a solution for it. In no way is it acceptable to tell a customer that they are wrong and go on the defensive about fixing a product that is still under warranty as the product had broken from the inside. Technicians were rude, treating my coming in as a problem rather than a priority.

Horrible service. Genius appointments for Mac booked out for weeks in advance, then you have to wait even longer for the thing to be repaired with no replacement in the meantime. How is a professional supposed to go 2-3 weeks without a work laptop? Gone are the days when Apple products were reliable, you can expect them to fail after 12 months on average these days. Thanks a trillion, Apple.
