Most of the workers here are very helpful and nice. Had my macbook repaired here and bought an iphone and every time I'm pretty satisfied with their customer service.

It’s an Apple store, so expectations are high. They really shouldn’t be though - the service is rubbish. Visited on Australia Day only to be told that I had to make an appointment to shop there.the excuse given was that it was for “contact tracing purposes”. Okay, anybody else find it odd that every other business uses an app for that but Apple, who literally own the App Store don’t?

Add to that the fact that they had setup a “holding pen” for customers who were awaiting their appointment time and that area was jam packed cheek to Jowl with people - which is inane if you’re actually concerned about your customers well-being during a pandemic.

Just say you have a limit on the number of people your store can hold and setup an orderly, publicly distanced waiting line like other busy shops.

Seriously, don’t waste your time - if you really want an Apple product then either buy it online or go downstairs to the JB, which sells almost the complete line of Apple goods anyway.

Just a wholly and needlessly stupid experience - I even checked their Website prior to visiting and there wasn’t a word about making appointments.

Had my worst customer experience. I had booked a slot today at 12PM. Once i went there, the folks mentioned you have booked a shopping slot instead of a repair. In the website there was no repair option. My battery needs to be replaced & hence i opted for shopping. They were not at all empathetic. I told that i can wait for sometime but they were reluctant and giving slots for another day. Very unprofessional behaviour. My repair didn't happened. My time & energy wasted. Went only for this repair. Very poor exp.

The person that served me and took a lot of time to show through everything as I wasn’t sure what I needed and they were very patient and answered all my questions.

If I could give Apple zero I would. A phone case does not fit correctly and when carried around it slides over the silent mode button and activates silent mode. Was transferred on apple support phone line across 6 people perhaps one was Australian the rest were all off shore who all failed to provide any resolution. I wasted one and a half hours over a $79 case. What an arrogant company shame on you Apple for your hopeless telephone customer service.

I was initially greeted by a lovely representative and the service was great. But then she knocked off shift, keeping my Mac for a few days to see what was wrong. I was informed that the error with my Mac was water damage. It never came remotely close to water, so I was confused. Being told it would cost the amount of the computer as new to fix. I took it back, collecting it in a few days. When I collected it I was told it was in the same condition as I left it in, the gentleman said he had no information as to what happened or anything about it.

Now finding out this was a false truth. Since collecting it has NO Operating system on it. Therefore now it is just a glorified paperweight. I cannot even use it at all.

Thank you Apple Chadstone for making it clear as to why I will not continue to use your products. Over the past 10 years the service has gone down hill just like the quality of the products.

Can I ask why I’ll need an appointment to visit Apple store now? If it’s for density limit, then why can’t I just wait outside? You should offer your customers with more options in my opinion

They made it very easy to complete my transaction. Were very mindful of the urgency of my ask and completed a job that I expected to take an hour in just 10mins.

Thank you Apple For making products that if something happens you are on your own. Their damaged prices is nearly there that people gonna once thinks do I repair it or by new one. #hell.

Went to apple store for a trade in, the person only seem to be interested with the phone I am trading in and not giving any information regarding what I will be needing to do the trade in. That day it was unfortunate for me because I did not bring my passport and I live very far away from Chadstone. The only thing I hear was NO WE CAN'T DO IT, YOU NEED YOUR PHYSICAL PASSPORT. At least give a solution on what to do, is that what customer service is? No sympathy with customer? This is by far the WORST experience I have. THANK YOU APPLE

Terrible service of late (2021) been going there since 2011/12 having left Nokia. They used to be good now they lie - blurring the lines between sales Puffery & Misrepresentation. Only good at trying to sell you new Apple stuff & zero interest in genuinely resolving issues. The agent joked about believing that Apple guarantees 10hrs of battery life if you watch videos on the phone using third party apps ‍️.

My phone battery deteriorated just after 12 months and they (the shoddy Genius Bar agent/s) keep blaming apps from their App Store - ie YouTube etc and their solution is don’t use apps but access, YouTube/other, services via safari or buy a new Battery.

After their ‘pretend survey’ the store manager ‍️ called and was not interested in resolving anything but closing the complaint/feedback.

Now researching moving to Samsung or other serious competitors. Phones which last longer than a year.

The worst customer service. Had to drive 45 mins just to find out the task can’t be done.
This was the second time I returned back after they didn’t specify we still need appointment to visit.
Don’t have any trust in apple anymore period.

You can’t walk-in and buy Mac, they have very limited appointments because they work very very slow! Unfair for people just want coming and buy straight way

Everytime I go to an apple store I regret it and this store is no exception. They really treat you like they are doing you a favour letting you in the store. Terrible customer service is standard.

Had major issues with my phone a few weeks ago. Nathan kindly guided me through the process and clearly stipulated the steps to hopefully rectify the concern. Nathan went ABOVE & BEYOND and ensured I left with my concern resolved. I could not be happier with my experience and Thank Nathan for his amazing and kind support - Legend!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Staff were extremely rude to my grandparents when they came in to buy a new iPhone after their old one broke. Staff told them to just buy it at JB Hifi. We listened to their suggestion and went elsewhere. I would recommend you do the same

I had passed by Apple store many times but never stepped into the store before till today. I was looking for iMac to start my Vblog edition journey. The front assistant was very warm welcoming and introduced me to specialist Phobe. She was very patient and professional to answer all my questions.

Phobe recommended some latest products and software that suitable to my needs. The information I received today are very.helpful. I decided to wait for new products on display later this month.

Furthermore, the free learning session I joined was terrific and fun. I tried the procreate on iPad first time and drew myself. The trainer is fantastic to share his knowledge and experience with people who are beginners. I did enjoy the one hour session and strongly recommend to people who like to try could book your seat on Apple online store.

Totally, I had a great experience in Apple store and learnt new art skill on how to use iPad drawing via Procreate. Thank you)

I made an appointment to get my macbook repaired as the screen had an internal hairline crack. The drop off was easy and they ran some testing to find that the battery also needed replacing. Lucky for me it was under warranty so the repair was free. Got quoted a timeline of 1-2 weeks and got a call after 3 days to pick up my repaired laptop!
