Great aesthetic to the place, lovely staff and the food was yum too! Definitely recommend coming in for a meal and they have a great range of local beers and ciders!

Very cute brunch location, Hamptons decor. Staff were lovely and the manager was very knowledgeable. Food was lovely and I loved that they had a little stall of locally produced jams, honeys and beauty items.

Excellent coffee, and a really excellent egg and bacon roll. Their muffins are great too. Super clean and minimalist interior that is really pleasant to sit in and enjoy your coffee. Our favourite breakfast spot in the town.

They took order from us and we have been waiting for 41 mins, food hasn’t been cooked yet. Tables came after us, they all have it. When we ask, they said wait another 20min, so in total we have to wait for more than 1 hour just for breakfast. Very unhappy about this place. Won’t visit it again

If you are hoping for good food, amazing service and lovely people to greet you then this the place. I visited this restaurant with friends, our new born and my wife. The staff is really courteous and polite. Obviously, they have waiting time during peak times but all good things come with a wait.

Very friendly place even when busy, just go with the flow at busy times. Some customers today were less appreciative of those who have to work serving you. Good coffee too.

First time ordering here, I do not recommend the Mexi Bowl. It had chicken which has been cooked prior and nor fresh and the elements on the plate were not appetising at all.

We waited a hour to get seated then almost another hour to get our food. The food is actually pretty good. But considering the 2hour waiting time it’s not worthy.

Really brilliant service and special care taken to ensure I had a GF meal. Beautiful setting next to the water and the food was delicious. Loved it.

Coffee was very average with a bit of coffee grains at the bottom of the cup. Service was a little rude. I observed another customer recieve disproving attitude from a staff member as he hadn't decided what he wanted to eat when his coffee arrived to his table. It was getting busy so felt turnover was more important than customers satisfaction to this business.

Waited for 45 mins as expected because the staff mentioned the wait is 40mins. 1st time we got asked to show the actual certificate even though we showed the app already with our names and showing that our certificates are valid.

Food were amazing though. However, we noticed a table (next to us) has been served first even though we came 15 mins+ before them. They know 1 staff (prob a relative as she was sitting with them so close).
On top of that, after eating almost all my food, a hair was hiding underneath my food.

Nice place with great staff: the food is amazing, excellent and fresh ingredients used, along with the perfect coffee. This place suits everyone with or without kids, highly recommended!

Horrible service and racist behavior. Experienced it two days in a row. The second day we waited for more than an hour for our booking only to be given away to someone else and then misbehaving.
The managers and waiters need to learn some basic etiquette before running this cafe.

Very nice place to go out for breaky with a great range of whole-foods available. Service was lovely although found it strange we couldn’t sit in unless we both ordered something off the menu. Anyhow, it was worth it because the food was devine.

One of the best cafes in Lakes Entrance that serves great food and caters to all dietary requirements. The ambiance is quite nice as well.

To general public and prospective customers, avoid going to this place if you don't want to pay exorbitant prices for breakfast, extremely long waiting time, inability to make or honour any bookings and getting lied to your face that they called you back to get your table.
Dear restaurant Manager (if there is one), before you copy paste the same response you did for all the other 1 star reviews and make a fool out of yourself, I would encourage you to invest your energies in improving your customer service rather than mocking your customers.

I can't believe how bad this place could treat their customers. I waited for an hour after booking the table and later they told me that we did call you. Absolutely wrong! Our table was given to someone else while my kids waited outside to be fed at a place like this. When complained the waiters were rude.
What would I do with the good food quality if me and my kids get such a treatment. My 9 year old sensed their behaviour as well and called it a rude Cafe. What a shame!
And the food isn't cheap at all. One has to pay 100 bucks to get a treatment like this.

I just can't believe that there can be so much lie in one reply regarding our food order, call logs and respect (which was never shown). We were discriminated. Instead of owning your mistake and apologising, you are putting the blame on us. This is 'exactly' what happened yesterday. And can you share your 'investigation' and highlight which other establishment I had issues with?
