Albert & Co - Coffee Food Catering

Amazing food! Very kid-friendly and accommodating. We wanted a table for 3 (2 adults, 1 toddler) during peak season and they were able to squeeze us in for brunch. Their menu has an amazing selection of food for toddlers and comes in a little picnic box to take away after. Delicious smoothies and amazing food.

5 stars all the way. Fresh, local, delicious dishes every time. We make a point of eating here every time we visit Lakes Entrance because the food is so good. Highly recommend coming here, whether it be breakfast, brunch, lunch, or a cheeky cocktail. Hands down the best cafe in Lakes.

This place has got a nice atmosphere. However, the breakfast is priced same as dinner. It is expensive compared to other local places. We paid $34 for vegan breakfast. Also, asked for some chilli flakes or chilli oil. We were charged $3 for chilli oil.

We had heard good things about this cafe from a friend. We were very excited to come and try the food and had never been to Lakes Entrance before. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience.

We had dogs with us so we waited outside while my friend tried to get a table. After waiting for 5 minutes to be seated and given menus, we had to ask ourselves to be given menus. Then, no one told us that we had to order at the front counter if you were sitting outside so we were sitting outside for 20+ minutes before we had to go in and ask if someone could take our order even just for coffees (to then be told they did tell us we order at the front counter…). The cafe was not even half full with lots of staff attending to setting tables up for no one when there were people waiting for actual tables for 5+ minutes. Poor service and we ended up leaving as a result, walked 10 minutes down to Salty Groms Cafe and got served instantly and ordered within a few minutes.

Great Hamptons style cafe restaurant with inside or outside dining with views to the water. Easy parking nearby. Beautiful cakes, great coffee. Coffee and cakes $10. Meals delicious, with a range of specials to add to the modest menu. Licensed, with happy hour from 5 to 6. Good range of cocktails included. Recommended.

Returning after 3 years, coffee is good and plenty of gf choices. Not sure why we had to sit separately in the back room because we were only having ‘coffee & cake’? Go with the flow and chill in one of the nicer Lakes venues.
They make a mean healthy salad and fresh combo juices. Bit different to the norm in Lakes Entrance and worth the drive.

Quiet morning for breakfast. Staff were friendly and the location is best. Food was good, toast a bit dry but was still eatable. Coffee didn't have much flavour.

A gorgeous place to breakfast, with beautifully scrumptious food. Our meals were divine, the staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient, and the views across the road to the Marina were lovely. We will certainly dine here again when next we are in Lakes Entrance.

The best eggs benny I've ever had. I don't know whose idea was to put strips of green apple on it but it worked so well. The extra portion of bacon was generous too. Recommend it!

The use 5 Senses coffee which is my personal fave and the barista made it so perfectly I had to order a second one to take away!

Can't imagine visiting Lakes Entrance and not stopping by for breakfast.and pastries to get us through the rest of the day! The chai is lovely. Great service. Excellent kids menu. Lovely views. This place has everything going for it!

Amazing staff is the most important thing I look for the first appearance in a restaurant. They are amazing. Always with a happy mood even it is so busy.

Food is amazing and tastyyyyy. Highly recommend this place. Cleanliness is 100%. Perfect place for breakfast and lunch. They don’t do dinner as I know.

Beautiful place with beautiful staff with amazing food.

Location is good and very nice decor but was disappointed that scrambled eggs not quite cooked and when I asked for corner table lady told me it was only for 4 people and then gave it to 2 people. The table we got was next to coffee machine & register and was noisy. The waiter was really friendly and rest of food was lovely.

We've visited three times now, twice for pre-dinner drinks (the passionfruit mojito pitcher is a must have!) and once for brunch. I ordered the "The Albert" big breakfast (I was hungry after boating around all morning) and my partner got the seafood chowder and a beetroot latte. All amazing. The staff are friendly and genuine play they remembered not only us but our order on our return visit.

This is without doubt the best cafe in lakes entrance. Our waiter was very attentive and cheerful, he was an absolute delight both days we dined. The coffee was great and food was delicious. There is a reason it’s so busy!

Not tto many choices for lunch so ordered fish and chips as right across the road from the fishing boats. Too many chips and not much fish

Leaving a positive but conflicted review. I always visit Albert and Co when I'm in Lakes entrance for their great coffee and food. It's honestly one of the nicest cafes in Lakes.
The hard working staff are struggling to sit customers fast enough and take their orders. The way it looks this is mostly due to poor staff utilisation and prioritisation, we experienced long waits followed by several staff trying to attend to us for the exact same thing.
Won't stop me visiting, but is apparent during peak periods.

Looking for food options in lakes entrance Albert and co is good one here. This place is full of light and taste of coffee takes it to another level.
Food was fresh and full of flavors! Staff was friendly and service was very quick worth a try.

Joke of a place. 45 minutes waiting for coffee. Asked for assistance twice for the waiters no response. Paid $36 makes me wait another 10 minutes while they make other coffees and then has to check with the boss because their system failed. Left paid in full with no food no coffee. In all honestly I go here a lot and have for years but the service and arrogance is just too much to put up with!

Very disappointed, family unfriendly, we were 7 adults and two 2 year old kids, we brought special child food, and then we were told by the waitress that we couldn't bring child food.
