Every staff member was nice besides George who was very unprofessional. He evaluated my car, said he could take it 3 times and then his boss said he couldn’t, wasted my time and proceeded to laugh in my face when I told him politely next time he has a client, make sure what you are saying is true

The team at Alan Mance Holden were absolutely fantastic these people include Lee and Linda they are absolutely awesome salesman and woman.
From the moment we purchased the car until driving out with it they were great. Lee went above and beyond to get us our car and we are very thankful.

Needed help with a small problem with my radiator cap it was stuck and car was over heating, a staff member helped me straight as way with no complaints what so ever was every happy with the service

So today I picked up my car from Holden. It was in for basic service taken there for log book servicing also because I know Adam there. You would think knowing someone also helps but didn't expect any massive favours. I paid for my service and went to get in my car, I realised it had not been washed so went back the the costumer desk and mentioned it was a disappointing then had to leave to get to work. I received a phone call which went like this. What's your problem, I said the car wasn't washed, he said do you wash my car, I said mate I come to Holden for the service he then abused me told me to f+#k off never f*#ing call again and hung up. I didn't think expecting my car washed was so bad. I then rang and spoke to the owner who said would look into and call me back Which hasn't happened. I work in retail and being treated like this is a joke for just stating my car wasn't washed. No wonder why they rate so poorly. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

It's hot, I was tired and a coffee would have been nice. Coffee machine wasn't working. Trying to watch TV, but no volume. However the car service was great. Quick and easy.

Staff seen doing Rock Paper Scissors to determine who would help us. Needless to say after we saw what they were doing we didn’t want any assistance! Very poor.

They ripped off me. After major service car break down. Given to fix issue. Charged me lot of money to fix. Then again break down for same issue. Are u qualified for that?

Cross the road on the other side, you will be so much better off than wasting your time with the thick lot inside!

The sales people are very dodgy here and we have just had the worst customer service ever. Avoid this place like the plague!

While I didn't end up purchasing my car from here. In my search I went here.
It was the most helpful car yard I visited.

Sales people didn't seem pushy.
They listened to what I actually wanted in a car and my situation ect.
Friendly staff all through the office.
I wasn't sure if I wanted a particular model car. He offered me to take the car for a few days to test it out!
