531 yr ago to the day bought new Trax. 3months later Holden packed up and prices dropped. Francis was a helpful salesman unlike the others!
After comparing prices to this Holden's servicing centre on numerous services such as regular servicing, roadworthy etc, it comes to light that they are charging a considerable amount more compared to other Holden Dealerships. All Holden dealerships should be within the same price bracket! Disappointing.
Steve is an absolute breath of fresh air to the Auto industry. He listened, recommended, gave me a great deal and delivered on all his promises. He arranged a virtual tour for a car I purchased for an elderly family member. He delivered the car and everyone involved is happy beyond expectations. I wouldn’t buy a car from anyone else after working with this company, I’m so impressed!

Domt have anything from 2005 holden. Every time I ask its no longer available. Got a very small plastic screw 1 only 8.95 no wonder people go to wreakers and buy after market.
5 stars for the Service Department. Took my car in with a fault and was fixed without any hassle. Car treated with care and excellent workmanship. Will definitely be taking my car here for future services.

I don’t think I’d go anywhere else for my service or next car purchase. All round great experience on both occasions. Staff are courteous and understanding, with prices being reasonable. Offered loan car during service with charge and no fuss whatsoever.
Since posting, news on Holden name being discontinued has arrived. Team, I’ll be back if you’re GM brand or another brand. The people make the place, not the brand.
WARNING went to buy seal kit for aircompressor. They come in pack of 2 (kit). Parts manager insisted each seal in kit is a individual item priced at 15.10. Payed and call on the way home called all other holden like essendon, mantello even Allan mance Footscray. All agreed to kit of 2x seals for 15.10 plus GST. Called Melton back and unfriendly Guy even tried to tell me he sold me 2xkits. Beware
I've only been to get my car serviced here a few times and twice the work they did was completely substandard. The first time they didn't tighten the oil sump plug properly and I had an annoying oil leak I had to fix. The second time they cracked the sump and I had to get the car diagnosed elsewhere. They charge for s premium service and provide substandard work.
Lazy, sloppy, no knowledge. Don't call back. Stuffed up my car now I'm stuck with the costly repairs for my motor cos they refuse to call me back or take responsibility for their f'up! Avoid this place!

I went to replace Air Bag because company recall for some models of Holden Cruze. I dont have booking for service, but they agreed to replace the Airbag straight away, with in 30 minutes it's done with all paper work. Very Impressed and recommended to others Thanks.
Nothing is ever to difficult for the staff at Melton. They are always there to help when it comes to fixing your car. No matter what the brand.
Booked my car in for 180k service. The price was more than what I was expecting but I’m pleased with how the car feels. It definitely feels a lot better smoother and faster. Fixed couple of things I had a problem with and was always worried when driving around with it. I think it was worth the money.
Brought my ford ranger from Steve he went above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect for me on pick made buying the car the best and most easiest experience ever can’t thank him enough would highly recommend buying a car though Steve.
Had to get my airbags done because of the recall. I’ve never been to any Holden before, so I parked out the front confused as where to go (no instructions given on the phone when booking.) I called customer service and was disappointed to receive the laziest instructions on where to go, park, and who to go to for my appointment. I was told “just go straight through the roller door”. So I did, to be passive aggressively belittled by the person at the desk for not parking in the correct bay. Perhaps if better customer service were delivered and actual instructions given, along with better signage, newcomers wouldn’t be so confused. Luckily, I service my car elsewhere and hopefully won’t need to return.
Booked my car in for a service. Was offered a complimentary car wash upon dropping car off which I took up. When I picked the car up, Tam, at the Service Desk, clearly explained everything that had been done and any recommendations, with a competitive price. Extremely happy with how the car drove after servicing and it was sparkly clean too! Great team!
My son has a 2014 Holden Colorado Ute which he took pride in getting regularly serviced where he bought it at Alan Mance Holden - not any more! He took his car to buy new tyres only to find that the tyre dealer discovered a "control arm bush bolt" was badly worn and loose and ready to fall out which would cause the left front wheel to fall off, if this bolt did fall out, leaving the car in a very dangerous state. He'd only had the car fully serviced (150,000 kms service) two months prior! He won't be taking his car there ever again! Alan Mance's response? "It's not our fault the bolt was worn out" No, but it is your fault it wasn't noticed and fixed during that major service!
