Pretty fast service
only critical thing is after ordering they misplaced my part and said i had to go to melton to get it
eventually they found it.
Took my car in for coolant leakage and 6 months later issue is still on going. I've had to take many days off work and pay return taxi fees to this place and issue is still on going. Made numerous complaints and paid very high fees. Still no resolution. Do not take your vehicle here. Bunch of useless people. They rip people off. Never ever will step foot in this place again once this coolant leak is finally resolved.
Absolutely useless, extremely poor service, sent an online inquiry on a used bmw a week ago. Didn’t receive a call so two days later I decided to follow them up. I asked the used Car salesman about the car history and he just said it’s good our manager has been driving it. Wow great detail, couldn’t tell me anything about the history of the car. I asked for more pictures and service history as I’m interstate he said he would get them to me shortly. 4 hours later at about 3.30pm I still hadn’t received the photos so I called back, got another used salesman told me the guy I spoke to was on lunch at 3.30 in the afternoon and he will call me back when he returns. Must of been a very long lunch break because it’s been 4 days and no callback or photos. Couldn’t believe, as a customer I was chasing a used car salesmen about a car. Funny enough the car is still online as available, just wow.
Worst costumer service and the rudest manager (Mark) I was there when he rudely dismissed two girls from the office while there were asking TO FIX the issues that Holden has caused on their car! He was telling them not to video him otherwise he wont do the job! And told other staff not to worry about them. I have a video of him doing that and cant wait to to put it online!

I can not put more reviews*reply* for some reasons. So you know I know what happened I know you are lying! I have the full report of the problem you guys caused on the poor girl car and then ignored her when she came back several times to get it fixed while charging her way more than what you should have! Very unprofessional! The only reason I am not putting the video up is because she said you will fix the problem so please do not lie or I ll take your claim to the next level!

Having never purchased a car from a dealership before I was pleasantly surprised with the help and assistance I received. Once I found the car for me at Alan Mance the negotiation and handling of the sale was seamless and easy. The service staff I dealt with at Alan Mance were all professional and Gabriel and Ahmed''s level of service was excellent. They went above and beyond to ensure that my 5 year old VW Golf wagon I was purchasing was in excellent mechanical condition before I picked up the car. When I picked up the car it was in immaculate condition inside and out and when I drove it home a neighbour mentioned that it looked like a brand new car. When finalising the transfer of the sale the transaction was done in keeping with the health and safety practices which are required in this time of COVID. I appreciate the excellent level of service I received from Ahmed and Gabriel and I am so pleased I decided to stop and take a quick look whilst on my way to do some grocery shopping.
I recently signed a contract to purchase a second hand vehicle from Alan Mance Motors, at 435 Barkly St, Footscray. The salesman, Anthony Jones, was extremely professional and honest in his appraisal of the vehicle being purchased. He gave me ample time to inspect the vehicle and make my phone calls in coming to my decision to buy, without any pressure at all. The contract was signed, subject to a satisfactory Redbook Inspection report. 30 minutes later, part way home, I realised I had not seen the AWD decal (All Wheel Drive) on the vehicle. A phone call to Anthony, determined the vehicle had been mistakenly advertised as AWD. This resulted in an immediate “no fuss/ no drama” cancellation of the contract along with a profuse apology. My deposit was immediately credited into my account, along with $50 extra as compensation to cover my fuel costs. I could not fault the Alan Mance Holden dealership in the way it handled the mistake. Anthony Jones has restored my faith in car salesmen. I believe Anthony to be a genuine “good bloke” and would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Awful, walk in and was barely acknowledged and waited at the counter before leaving without being served.all zombies focused on their screen.
Classic customer service which sealed Holden's fate.
Had a Kia Sportage in for the free 3000km checkup. Appt was for 9.00am and supposed to take about 40 minutes. After seeing my vehicle in the yard about 10.30, I had to ask for the keys and also to ask the service department to sign service book.
Someone put about 30km on the new car between me paying the deposit and taking delivery.
Salesperson Courtney was thorough and professional. Smooth upgrade of our 5yo vehicle for a new model.
I purchased a Holden Equinox recently from Alan Mance in Footscray and I am very happy with the car and Ahmed was fantastic to deal with, very friendly and courteous. Thanks also too Phil for your help and even the showroom has a friendly, relaxed feel about it. My last car, a Holden Astra was also purchased from Alan Mance, 22 years ago and is still going strong (says something about the Holden brand). Very very slow service compared to other Holden dealer gave the car 8 o clock in the Moe ing now 1.30pm still waiting.where I usually go to Holden esseDon give them at 10 get the car back by 12.30 very bad service here.
Took my car in for a scheduled service + the engine light was on. Right hand brake light and windscreen wipers also needed to be replaced. Drove out, within 3 minutes engine light was back on. Brake light and windscreen wipers not replaced, was never even asked if I wanted them replaced yet the invoice states ‘checked lights, wipers/washes, horn and electrical services’
Genuinely wondering what I actually paid for, what a poor excuse for a ‘service’
I have just purchased a Holden Astra from Gabriel and Ahmed from Alan Mance. They were great to deal with and couldn't help us enough! They were always available for our calls and delivered a great price. They were friendly and courteous. Thanks guys for everything. See you for my first service!
