Always found the girls (doctors) at Airlie perfect in every way and look after my kids exceptionally too.

I have been going to Airlie womens clinic for over a decade, and am always impressed with the quality of care! No matter which doctor I see, they are professional, kind and thorough. Would recommend this clinic to anyone!

Seen as a desirable clinic because they say they specialise in women's issues, really low quality care for the price. The doctors are not forward thinking or up-to-date with relevant info. There is a horrific receptionist, too. I used to recommend to my friends to attend here but have been so disappointed by the doctors that I feel responsible to tell others to be wary. A bulk-billing doctor with a good heart would honestly be better than any of these expensive, cold, and backwards gps.

I go here to see Libby who is fantastic, very thorough and caring. I've recommended her to friends and family, but unfortunately she is in such high demand she is not taking new patients outside her speciality.

The pathology service on the other hand is atrocious. I was waiting for 40 minutes for a blood test this morning. After not seeing any patients enter or exit the collection room for such a long time, I walked up to see what was happening. The pathology lady was just sitting in the collection chair scrolling through her phone. I turned to leave and she jumped up and started following me down the corridor yelling at me that she would take my blood now.

No way do you ever want someone so unprofessional sticking a needle in your arm.

I’ve been going to the clinic for over 15 years and have referred many friends but would not recommend the clinic anymore. I’ve experienced a lack of professionalism and over servicing to specialists unnecessarily and at great cost. I’ve spent over $500 for four visits to Airlie Women’s Clinic this week. I was referred to inappropriate imaging of my ankle twice. Third referral was for ultra scan which showed acute inflammation of tendon and I’ve now been referred to specialist for cortisone and possible surgery. My ankle was never strapped and I was not prescribed intermediary medication or treatment - eg.icing, crutches, moon boot etc - only referrals to specialists when it was obvious I as in pain and ankle badly swollen. The service this morning, or lack thereof, was appalling - will spare the details.

I absolutely LOVE the doctors at Airlie and always have. They are the most important part of course but I have scored only 1 star because I am absolutely blown away by the rudeness of the reception staff. I spoke to someone this morning at 9am to cancel or potentially change my appointment. I understand policies and although I don't think the policy makes total sense and my concern here (as I told the receptionist) wasn't the policy exactly but the way I was spoken to.
I won't go into the finer details on here but I was spoken to rudely, I was cut off mid sentences, there was no empathy or compassion in her voice, she seemed to do whatever she could to make me feel guilty during the call. The list goes on. Although she said the words 'I'm sorry you feel that way' - it was cold, careless and left me feeling quite upset. I would really like to chat to someone further about it also but can't seem to find an email or alternate number.

Paid $200 - something, just to get my birth control rod removed, was in and out of the clinic in 10 minutes and the rod only cost me $28 in the first place. Prices aren't really uni student friendly.

Just a fantastic place. You get the best care possible, and no question seems to phase them. They take their time to explain everything.

$180 for a mandatory half hour visit just because I have a cold? ! Let’s hope we all have rich husbands to afford to go to this women’s clinic

Best GP's, I've been going to these clinics for almost 8 years now and despite moving 30mins away, still travel back there for my GP needs. Incredibly thorough, friendly and progressive. I wish they'd open a branch in the Eastern suburbs.
