Dr Nicole Urbach is one of the best GP's I've experienced. She has a lovely manner, listens really well then asks really precise questions that arrive at the cause of the issue. I couldn't recommend her more highly!

Rarely have to wait and the treatment is always exceptional. I am listened to, treated effectively and referred immediately when required. Can’t recommend the clinic and it’s doctors highly enough.

I have been visiting the clinic for the past 3 years. My experience has always been positive. I have never had more than a 5 minute wait time for my appointments, Doctor Want’s advice and care has been the best I have experienced.

The doctor was not more informed about women’s health than anyone else. Just go to a bulk billing GP and save yourself $125 for obvious advice.

I have been going to Dr Gostin for many years. I love that she is on top of all my health history and always a pleasure to see:)

I made a tele health appointment several weeks ago at the Malvern clinic. After it finished I was sent a text message telling me I needed to make an appointment to get results from 2 months prior.

Today was another eye opener. I had a 15 minute consultation with Dr Kari. The main reason for the appointment was to request a referal to a respitory specialist. I was not wearing a mask, as it has been OK for
me to do so when I have had attended with severe asthma previously.

During the consultation I also requested a prescription for my sinuses as I started to get pain in my face while driving 35 minutes from work prior. She suggested FES when I mentioned Nasanex never helped me. Neither relieve pain. She proceeded to print a prescription but it smudged, she swore, then proceeded to lecture me on wearing a mask, despite my symptoms, which it was hard to talk let alone breathe with hot flushes. If she offered me one I would have worn it if it concerned her so much. She commented that it could be a pulmonary issue without even listening to my chest. At the end of the consultation she refused my prescription and told me I would have to make another appointment to get it. In disbelief I repeated this to the women at the desk who tried to make me feel bad for not wearing a mask which I pointed out was none of thier business. I left, did not pay as I found the experience infuriating.

Unhappy with service. Unfortunately it seems like it’s more about the 15 minute consultation and fee rather than patient. It’s happened too many times now.

Airlie Womens Clinic provides an excellent quality of care. I have seen a number of different doctors there over the years and now take my baby there. They have always been professional, empathetic, and take the time to be thorough. I highly recommend this clinic.

The most amazing clinic! Such kind and helpful women! I got my IUD removed and my doctor explained everything in perfect detail and made me feel so at ease. I could not reccomend enough!

I see Dr. Belinda Minc- always greeted with kindness and a genuine care for her patients. Working through chronic illness I never feel shamed or guilty seeing Belinda. Highly reccomend for a holistic approach to healthcare, mentally, spiritually and physically.

I’ve been coming to AWC for many years. Incredible level of care and attention across the several locations, can always manage to get a booking and the online system is so easy to use. Felt very safe visiting during the COVID periods.

Although it’s Airlie Womens clinic it’s truly a Family medical centre, been attending the clinic for over 15 years, couldn’t be happier.

After moving interstate, and taking time to resettle, I was very glad to find Airlie Women’s Clinic where I have received consistently excellent and thorough care and follow up. Professional, well organised, happy to recommend.

Not going to lie, was a little apprehensive about this place after reading some pretty terrible reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The receptionist was absolutely lovely, and the doctor was completely amazing! The most comfortable I have been seeing a doctor in a very long time! Thank you:)
