Aghapy Medical Centre

Absolutely appalling! I only went back to the Aghapy clinic today as my usual doctor doesn't work on a Friday. After waiting 40 minutes for my 11.30am appointment, Dr Anwar Nan (the practices principle) finally ushered me into his office at 12: 10. I needed a repeat prescription for med's and was treated to the usual rudely and abruptly stated questions and opinions. Yet again I left in tears of frustration, anger and despondency after being treated rudely and labelled a drug seeker, while seeking only a repeat on medication for prescribed for the management of an incurable chronic pain condition, formally diagnosed by a specialist. Not the first time I've experience this incredibly poor service and distinct lack of care or concern from Dr Nan. Last time I saw him it was for a very swollen, painful finger at which consultation he shrugged his shoulders and pronounced "it's part of your condition" without the benefit of actual touch, physical examination, X-rays, or any other diagnostic aid. He really should not be in practice. Hell can freeze over and the devil strap on ice-skates before I'll ever step foot in there again!

I've been here a cope of times, not for anything serous. I felt comfortable with the help I received:)
