Have recently seen Dr Urooj Yaser, she is an excellent provider, that pays close attention to children and adults, always going above and beyond to provide the best care for myself and my family. Dr Yaser is extremely compassionate, and takes the time to actually listen to patients, best GP in this Clinic

From my ongoing experience it has become abundantly evident that Dr Nan & his staff see each patient as a unique individual, and not just another medical case!

What’s the point of booking an appointment and doing the right thing and showing up 10 minutes before your appointment only to wait 30+ minutes to be seen.where is the respect and thoughtfulness of peoples time?

Dr. Nan has been our family doctor for more than 10 years. Always found the staff extremely helpful, efficient and compassionate.

I have been a patient with Agaphy Medical Centre for almost 10yrs and have always found the staff and Dr's to be professional, friendly and caring. Dr Nan is amazing and always treats me with the utmost care and respect. I am a very nervous patient but I am always put at ease and listened too, which I appreciate immensely. Dr. Anwar Nan has been our family doctor for over 10 years. He has always been there when my son and I were suffering from medical ailments and always provided the best treatments and care for me and my son. He is a very good family doctor.

I have been attended by Dr Nan for nearly 5 years. I have had quite a few medical issues in this time and he has always provided me with the appropriate referrals and medication. I am very happy with the service provide by Dr Nan, his nurse Dee and staff.
I am always notified by SMS when I am due for follow up consultations or routine blood tests etc.
I do also like the convenience of being able to book or reschedule appointments online.

UNPROFESSIONAL

We booked the last appointment of the day at 12: 30 pm (But Centre advertises that they close at 1: 00 pm) on Sunday for our 20 month old toddler with Dr. Nan. Due to unforeseen circumstances we arrived 6 minutes late and the receptionist said "Doctor left thinking you weren't turning up". We have been visiting Aghapy for number of years and we've always had to wait 20-30 mins in the lobby as Doctors are checking other patients. While we as patients understand and acknolwedge the delay, it should be reciprocated from the Doctor's end as well. You guys expect the patients to understand and wait in the waiting area but Doctor's has no sense to wait or give a call if they are running 5-10 mins late? Completely unacceptable and unprofessional

Unfortunately this doctors clinic has really rude receptionists. They are just unkind and display a real lack of care for people who come in and out.

The middle aged lady with glasses is the only kind one I have come across and I’ve been here several times.

The younger ones are rude and unhelpful and every time I’m there, they’re just gossiping, whispering and laughing with eachother. As soon as clients come in, they are bitter and cold. Sometimes you can’t even here the name the doctor calls out because they are so loud and you miss your appointment.

The only good doctor is the female (Nisha- I believe that’s her name). She listens to your needs and provides you with a helping hand. I’ve seen three of the male doctors and they literally just want you in and out and don’t listen to what you’re expressing.

Somehow I always end up leaving this clinic feeling like I haven’t been listened to. No feeling on sincerity or genuinely wanting to get to the bottom of an issue. Just want you in and out.

I've been coming to Aghapy Medical Centre for several years just to see Dr. Nisha who is kind, empathetic and professional. Today, I was 'greeted' by a Reception staff member, Rebecca, who was very rude in her manner of questioning. Her hostile tone and lack of professionalism is not indicative of good patient care and she should not be sitting at Reception. We come to the clinic because we are sick and feeling poorly, and then to have someone talk to you with no regard for respect and basic etiquette, makes the pain worse.

I would urge the Practice Manager to provide her with further training so she can uphold the clinic's standards of good medical practice so no one else is treated with hostility and unkindness.

The Practice and all staff and Doctors are amazing. My doctor Dr. Nan is incredible I have seen Dr. NAN for nearly 15 years. My family and I will never go anywhere else. My daughter's love Dr. NAN and he is very caring to every one.

I suggest if your not happy with an experience go elsewhere and do not put up negative comments. Aghapy medical centre is amazing and I will never go anywhere else.

We have been going to this clinic since it opened, over the years both of us have seen different doctors and we each have our favorite. Whoever we do see though are always professional. The reception area is clean and tidy and the nurses are always there to assist with minor issues.
