Been our family doctors since they opened.
Especially like Dr Anwar Nan& Dr Nisha for female issues.
Reception and nurses are also kind, caring& helpful at all times.
I always make an appointment but whenever we have presented with injuries just sustained we have always been welcomed& seen in a timely manner. Practice is clean& wait times are always reasonable.
Highly recommend this surgery.

My family have been going to Aghapy Medical Centre for years. We like to see Dr Nan. He is excellent with my children, he takes the time to ask them what is wrong and is very kind and considerate while giving the best medical advice.
We have all been through difficult times of late and the doctors and staff have done their jobs and provided care and professionalism to the highest standard.

Aghapy Medical centre staff are always so helpful. Been attending the practice since its opening and I would not go anywhere else.
The Dr even called me when I was away to check on me and update with results.

Dr Nan has been our family doctor for a number of years. We can't think of going to another doctor because his team is the best. No matter where we are we always call him if we need a doctor.

Hi all just like to give a quick review on this clinic if ur looking for a great medical centre then this is the one very friendly staff, awesome doctors, even a pathology at the centre 10 out of 10 in my books.

Helpful reception staff who always happily answer our questions. Cheryl is very knowledgeable and makes us feel at ease whenever we come in and she is working. Our kids find this clinic to be very friendly.

Lovely caring clinic. Girls on the front desk are always so friendly and accommodating. Cheryl always makes a point of saying hello to my kids.

Very highly recommended medical center. Very friendly reception staff. Dr Nan, thanks so much for always taking out time investigate any medical situation we had and prescribing the best treatment. Since 2010 always got very professional service.

STAY AWAY. Twice the female Doctor Nisha did not take my daughters symptoms seriously and Prescribed pain relief. Next day Im rushing my 17yo daughter into Hospital Emergency, to be told she needs immediate surgery to have a swollen fallopian tube removed before it ruptures.
A simple referral for an ultrasound could have saved our familys anguish, despair and her fertility.
Being a female doctor Nisha, even if u didn't believe she was in agonizing pain you should still have sent her for an ultrasound to rule out Cysts at least. Now my daughter has lost part of her reproductive system. SHAME ON YOU

I have posted before but was In a bad mood and gave 1 star. I am rectifying this as not right never had a problem here always great doctors.

Wonderful respectful and helpful doctors, never waited more then 5 mins past my appointment time (usually right on time though) receptionists friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I am not the type that puts up with poor service of any sort. Here I thankfully have never experienced poor service. From reception to Doctor. THank you team.

I have recently moved to newborough and still drive an hour to Pakenham to see the fantastic doctors at aghapy, I have only been to moe doctors once and will never go back they were very rude and they don’t bulk bill very disappointed, I rang 7 clinics and could only get seen by one and every clinic I rang were rude and arrogant not happy jan

Dr Sonny and Dr Goweid are great. Very thorough and great with kids. They actually discuss your concerns and explain what they're thinking and want you to come back to see improvement.
