Worst customer service, the girls are always rude. Food is always late even when ordering an hour in advance. On one occasion, after waiting 45 mins for my order, I was told that they didn’t have my order and would have to wait another 30 mins while prioritising other orders. They clearly don't know how to run a business

Worst of worst. Had a reservation for 4 set at 5: 45pm today. Arrived to see no tables were ready for us. You dont deserve even 1 star. Funny it was when how they played dumb when I arrived and ran away.

The food was super delicious. Probably some of the best chicken I have ever had - cooked perfectly.

The place also feels like very authentic cuisine

First time trying Afghan food and I wasn’t disappointed! Delicious food and cozy place. It was quite busy but they served us very well. The staff was very caring and provide great customer service.

Food is delicious! Great size portions. The bread is delicious and the salad is super crispy and super fresh. Tikka cooked to perfection with amazing flavour. 1 meal would definitely feed 2 people easily with left over.

Excellent foods, actually delicious all the dishes that we’ve ordered. Plus customer service is great too, specially during the busiest time of the night they’ve served nicely.

Best food and service always. Best value for money. Always pleasure to eat yummy food with excellent service.

I ordered for the first time I said I want the big plater and it was around $60 I said please make sure it's not too cook I want it juicy please my wife went down to pick it as I teach home I opened it it was very burnt and hard I don't want to say any bad thing but as a first time I won't go back it was on Wednesday 19/01/22 at 3.15 thank you I was supposed to open it in the car and return. Worst customer service and food! Long wait time for take away with rude service from the lady at the front! I waited more than an hour and a half for biryani as i kept checking to see if it were ready, the lady ignored me and served those who were seated when I've been waiting for so long then she'd hide in the back with no file up on the food! The food was dry! Don't waste your time and money! They should close down!

Delicious Afghanistan food. Love the spinach dumplings and roasted lamb chops and everything else. If you want a meat fix, Kabul House is the best place. Staff are very friendly too

Best place. We really like the food and place is also neat and clean.

We had Afghans diner, the food was delicious and fresh. We had mantio which is Afghans dumplings, chicken kabobs and rice with lamb chunk.

I would always love afghan food by mum and older sister.the next would be 100% afghan central the food is delicious.the lamb chops are soft and tender and the perfect marinating. The mantu is by far one of the best I've had in Melbourne. The lamb shank just melts in your mouth 10/10

It's been a while since my wife and I went out for a good meal, so this was a pleasant experience. Food was exceptional and customer service was great. Got more than we thought, had to get takeaway containers.loved it!

The food was okay but the owner wants to save every penny by not adding more employees for faster service. Made me wait a long time every time I've been here

Unprofessional staff and customer service, very poor cant describe it in words, they dont know how to run a business

Food was ok but this place is severely let down by the lady at the register taking orders. Tried this place twice and both times she's completely lost/forgotten my order and then given me the wrong order to top it off. Both times this exact thing happened somehow. I was so put off the first time it was months before I was willing to give it another try but it literally happened again. Also she's so rude to you whilst she's completely forgotten your order and you've been waiting 45 minutes. At least be nice. Never ever going back now. Maybe get someone competent at taking orders on the register.

The food was good had the kebbabs and the lamb gorrhe they were delicious and yhe bread was nice

Food was absolutely delicious. Service is excellent, we had a bit of a wait because they were so busy opening up after lockdown which speaks volumes about the quality of their food. And the wait is worth it!
The premises is very clean and the staff are beautiful people.

Tried their mixed tikka and chicken tikka meal. Both were good. Bread was fresh and hot. Meat was juicy and tasted good.

I previously gave 5* but I would like to change my rating as I believe the customer service level has gone down.

Most of the time only the owner offers you the best of customer service. Others always keeping it really low.
Once we asked for Lamb biryani but were served with chicken biryani instead.
Another time I asked for Kebab and they packed biryani.
I came to pick up after my shopping at Coles and I found chicken biryani was packed for me.
The lady told me since they didn't have Kebab they gave me biryani!
Ove the phone manner is unsatisfactory. Always in rush.
