Saying that the pool is heated is false advertising. It may be somewhat heated, but not enough for even the kids to be comfortable. Also no option for movies - just TV.

No desk in the room work booked for me, so not great for the work trip I was on with no where to work. Only one chair in the room despite the queen bed and 2 people listed on the room. Therefore the other person had to sit on the bed.

No where to put suitcases apart from the floor. No great for hygiene.

Apart from that quiet and clean. Comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Everything went well. Receptionists were kind - told me everything I needed to know and the entire apartment was so clean. Will definitely be coming back again!

Rooms size is massive with kitchen, dining and living/lounge in the apartment with a great view of balcony! Close to public transports!

Really great location, close proximity to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

Used their secure carpark. VERY small and many tight corners. Creates big blindspots and 1 way entrance.

This hotel provided good value for money during our recent stay. The 2 bedroom apartment is well designed for 4 guests, with privacy at each end of the apartment and each with their own private bathroom facility. Some of the carpet was damaged, so wear and tear has taken some toll on the property. The air conditioning is also very questionable in terms of its maintenance. Each time we were in the room there was a feeling of damp humidity. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay and the property has the bonus of parking on site. It is very close to the Bourke Street Mall, so great location.

Called in for an easy question, male receptionist who picked up the phone could not be less interested in answering my queries or being of any assistance. I’d rather go somewhere else with quality customer service.

I am here for a day's conference. The staff at reception were great. The foyer was clean and tidy. Parking no problem

Nice amenities includes swimming pool, sauna, gym, bar and restaurant. 5 floors of parking, Friendly staff but little costlier for personal booking it costs around 250$ per week for the first 28 days if you are staying beyond 30 days then it will be decreased to 210$ something. Centre of the city. Near to Bourke st / queen st Tram stop, near to Flinders southern cross and Melbourne central railway stations

Have stayed here a few times now. I really like the hotel. Good facilities including gym, sauna. Good little restaurant downstairs for a feed
