The staff were really amazing, the room are neat. Strategic location as it is only walking distance to the nearest mall. Overall, value for money

The one bedroom apartment was a great size and location was perfect, BUT. Housekeeping did not replace towels, toilet paper, did not empty rubbish, kitchen was not cleaned well. Car park is a one way very annoying to reverse so cars can go past. We had to keep going to reception every time we wanted to take our car out to receive a exit ticket. Our telephone in the room did not work to call reception so we had to call from our cellphone. Our remote control was not working for the living room TV. We had brought our PS4 to watch Netflix on tv but the tv is not upgraded enough to do so.

Paid $448 in February 20 for a penthouse room for New Year’s Eve. Obviously to view the fireworks around the CBD. Due to coronavirus fireworks were canceled, but decided to take the break anyway.
Upon arrival found we needed to pay a further $25 to park the car (not included in the $448!)
Then found the breakfast we had prepaid for wasn’t happening, the cafe isn’t opening. A further $250 is taken off my card for any damage that may be done to the room?
Went up to our “penthouse”, windows thru which we are intended to enjoy the view are filthy, the feature light in the bedroom doesn’t work, the tv remote control doesn’t work.looking for the value at this stage. After three visits by staff (over a couple of hours) we get the control that works.
On top of all this, not a thing in the bar fridge to alleviate frustrations. Perchance the offer of a Sao or two would have been appreciated.
My $250 still outstanding, if given a choice I would have preferred to wander to my local pub and revel in their ability to meet clients needs.
Once bitten etc.

The service was amazing - we wanted to upgrade but couldn't instead we received a complimentary bottle of wine which was so thoughtful. They also brought anything we needed up to the room. Room service from the inhouse restaurant downstairs was delicious. We stayed 2 nights in a 3brm apartment which was really spacious and clean with fabulous bathrooms with a massive bath. We will definitely choose Adina for our next city staycation.

A very well maintained apartment in the heart of Melbourne. I had a great experience and will return in the future. Thank you. Staff were helpful on arrival and all services were excellent through my stay.

The customer service was terrible got treated very poorly and was kicked out and given no reason to why I was kicked out when I wanted to pay for extra night to stay there I wasn’t told why I wasn’t allowed to have another night. The room service and the workers are Terrible. They said the pools close at 10pm only to go up there at 9pm and find the lights off and being told I’m
Not allowed to swim because the lights are not working and if I slip and fall they will not hold my responsibility while I payed to use this facility mainly and
Why I booked and stayed at this hotel.just Terrible we where doing are honeymoon I felt like it was ruined highly recommend not to stay here much better hotels then this in the cbd not happy at all.

Our booking for The Clarion was cancelled literally the day before we were due to travel interstate, on Australia Day long weekend which also coincided with Australian Open and Lunar New Year AND Elton John was in town (our whole reason for traveling), and we managed to find this beautiful hotel at the last minute. The reception are beautifully kind, they upgraded us, and they were extremely down to earth and accommodating. Yordanos was especially charming and professional, ask for her. 0/10 for The Clarion, 10/10 for the Adina. Lovely room, beautiful view, and surprisingly quiet considering we were literally in the centre of the city.

Great place for conferences. Excellent venue and the lovely young man, Hunter who was new to the job was very professional, looked after us really well. Thanks so much.

We had a comfortable stay in Adina for 5 nights, it’s actually the best apartment we stayed in throughout our 12 night trip in Melbourne. The staff were helpful and responsive, especially Nicholas who helped us on checking out, offered helpful advice and helped to get a taxi for us. The only negative feedback is- the large square glass coffee table with sharp edges in the room.me and my young child took turns banging into the edges and I was always afraid she’ll crash into the thin glass pane of the table. If there are at least edge protectors on the table it would be safer:)

Modern Clean Apartments, must have been recently renovated.
Great Facilities, on a recent stay staff could not have done any more to make the stay memorable. Left a nice surprise and even a hand written birthday card for my wife

It is indeed an upscale 4 star appartment hotel. Reception/staff here are friendly, and is available 24/7, so you check-in and check-out anytime based on your convenience. Location is an obvious advantage to this hotel, being closer to the CBD. Similar appartment hotels like Adina around are - Mantra, Somerset.

A very disappointing experience. Shower head was misplaced when i checked in, so I reported to reception and request a fix. I was promised a fix the next day which was not kept. The shower head was misplaced for the entire three days I stayed. Not happy, will not return.

Totally amazed by the 3 bedroom we booked and their services.the cot and disabled shower chair was in the appropriate rooms as requested upon arrival. Hassle less check in. Spacious lifts. Attentive and welcoming receptionists. Great location with alot of restaurants around and Victoria market within 10mim walk time. Highly recommend.

Not overly impressed. Asked for twin. Got king bed. No phone in room. No iron or ironing board. But 1 bed apartment was spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. Location excellent.

Exceptionally clean and modern rooms at a great price. I have stayed at many hotels in the Melb CBD but Adina is my first choice based on 1. Cleanliness 2. Price. 3. Location and 4. Generous parking privileges on the day of checkout.

Will always come back.

Great location - close to trams; CBD and MCG - no restaurant on site but cafe next door does room service for a fee; only complaint - kitchen rubbish bin not emptied and some amenities were not restocked.

Staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they even left a little gift and birthday card in my room. Great location and very comfortable furnishing with a lovely rain shower to boot

Very horrible experience, when we back to the hotel at 1am, the room was unable to get in and the reception are not doing any thing to fix or to let us into our room, he just tell us to wait to 7am for the manager to see what is going on, so we can not back to the room whole night to sleep, and we have meeting at 8am morning, don't come to this hotel, unless u wanna be homeless during u hoilday plan.
