Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne

We were too cheap to book a balcony room, however that would have been a lot nicer. The non-balconies look straight out onto next door windows and have a cave-like ambience; not helped by lighting that doesn't extend to the wardrobe (bit of a challenge when most of your clothes are black). BUT - on the plus side it was well-priced, HUGE for 2 people, good bathroom, and reasonably well appointed everywhere else if you're eating out. Overall the Adina was a great choice for mooching around central Melbourne, GREAT location near the action in Little Bourke (nice and quiet despite that), comfy beds and friendly staff. Big shout out to Adrian for the warm welcome when I arrived at midnight, that was really nice.

Lovely spacious rooms with fully fitted kitchen. Spectacular views from our balcony. Centrally located. Will definitely book again!

The maintenance of the hotel was non existence.
Door handles falling off, broken single bed wheel, filthy A/C ducts, shower leaking, lights out, fridge frozen, leaking toilet. 2 bedroom.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom before and it was excellent as it had been refurbished.

If you stay at this apartment make sure you get a renovated room.

I was informed by staff that most rooms are over 15years since renovated. Carpet and furniture were filthy.

Great rooms and location

Only issue was late check in. It was meant to be 3pm (which is pretty late anyway) and I had to wait in the lobby until 3: 50 which sort of ruined some of our plans

Location: excellent, very central
Rooms: well supplied and comfortable. TVs are a bit old and could do with updating (at least have one with a TV guide!). Please install some coat hooks!
Service: the cleaning is really inconsistent. Some days they come even when the privacy sign is up. They don't restock amenities like toilet roll and hand soap until literally empty and I had to ask at reception for someone to vacuum the floors. Some of the reception staff were great, others not so helpful (or friendly)

Adina hotel has changed to brady hotel group and they forced me to cancel my booking. I booked hotel with good rate long time ago and now prices wen up a lot

It’s very shameful Adina hotel group is not taking care of existing booking/customers and no responsibility at all.

Adina on Queen St Melbourne is so well located, central, rooms, staff, quality, all are excellent. Easy to walk to all railway stations, trams and shops. We will be staying here again.

After fleeing a terrible experience at Quest on William coming to Adina was like a breath of fresh air. Staff were professional and courteous. Amenities were provided at no extra cost (cot and high chair). Room was clean and well maintained and quite sizeable. Gym was good (didn't try the pool). Parking was a little tricky at times, but very good value at $25 a night. Overall couldn't have been happier with our stay! Thank you Adina!

The Worst Hotel in Australia.

They are cruel.almost killed me and I was keep on begging that I have a dust allergy and was asking for help to change the room. They literally did nothing and keep on lying that carpet was washed last week.

Guess what there is no way that one take a shower without getting the whole bathroom flooded.water comes out from the shower screen.

If a business is bad in my opinion, I usually don't review and only review good places. I really don't know what kind of hotel this was, shocked. Really have to review this one.

So, neither me nor anyone from my company, family and friends going to stay at any Adina ever. Done.

This is the worst motel of the Adina's in Melbourne that I've stayed at, I've stayed at both Adina's on flinders st had great service, very well organised rooms. In the Adina on queen st there is no way to call reception or a book with phone numbers and attractions and restaurants. The reception staff were not welcoming in the slightest not even a how can I help you on arrival just a blank stare, we had to tell him that we are here to check in and the same thing at checkout, and tried to charge us 50 dollar's for an Uber delivery that they didn't bring to our room. Back to northbank Adina for me, maybe you could learn a thing or two from them!

Stayed here for over a month, and while the rooms are well equipped, the wifi is decent, and the appliances are all functional; the entire operation is let down woefully by the staff. Housekeeping regularly does not come, and when they do they rarely do a proper service - failing to replace provisions, leaving a bathroom untouched, I even had a staff member leave their vape in my room which they presumably were using. Even requesting housekeeping is hit and miss. Was informed I could check out late at midday, received a call at 11 asking why I hadn’t checked out, and then informed them of my late checkout, then another staff member OPENED MY DOOR without knocking to ask why I hadnt left. Avoid, avoid, avoid. In ten years of staying long term in serviced apartments this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I booked here for price and convenience - well and truly worth it!

The room was clean, full of amenities and great value for money.

Staff were extremely accomodating and helpful throughout the entire stay. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed - perfect size as well. Facilities were fantastic. Amazing stay overall and would definitely come again!

Great city views from 10th floor corner apartment. Modern layout, comfortable bed and extremely clean.

No on-site parking as advertised restaurant closed no tea & coffee in room the parking and restaurant were the main reasons why I chose to book here. Advertising on website is false & misleading.

We stayed at the Adina for 6 nights and loved it.
It was all good and would stay there again.

Very good place! We rented a room, we asked for a roll bed and we didn't have any issues. The hotel is also really well located. I would recommend it.

This is probably one of worst Adina hotels. Parking is a nightmare, air-con and shower sound like a jackhammer. However room was clean.

Perfect location. Spotless one bedroom apartment. Easy to book and all our requests were met with no hassles at all. Thanks to the lovely Kate. Parking was also easy, the reviews had us worried, but was no trouble at all. Definitely recommend this hotel
Enjoyed our short city stay

Love these apartments. My secret Melbourne hideaway. The penthouse apartments are large with soaring ceilings. Love them. Staff are always wonderful. Apartment is spotless. Second time staying here and will be back.
