I can't recommend Addicted To Audio more. I ordered a pair of sennheisser headphones from their site however they later contacted me and explained that their was an issue and they didn't actually have stock of the item, they offered me options all of which were great, when I said I was happy to wait for the headphones when they are in stock they moved mountains and got the headphones for me in 2 days.

Purchased a usb c cable for my shure earphones. The usb connector was faukty and would disconnect. I rma'd them and its been a minth plus.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Even though I am an absolute newbie to higher quality audio gear and there was a queue forming behind me, the staff had the patience to take the time to help me with solid advice.

First of all sorry for the late review but let's get back on track. I have always wanted to get my hands on a personal audio player since I had bought a DAC from JDS labs and music from my PC never sounded better. I have been reading about the best being Astell & Kern and I'm sure that there is others who disagree. But at the prices that those player's were getting sold it was out of my price range. Fortunately for me a audio store in Melbourne made it possible. When I went to purchase the Kann I visited their store and if you like to listen to your music from high quality equipment this is a store that if you can afford it you should visit. Not that everything is extremely expensive but for me it's a store that I would have to save before I visit it. It's a candy store for anyone who likes their audio equipment. Wall to Wall with headphones, amplifiers DACs, record players for sound systems on your home entertainment or for your personal system that you want to sit back and enjoy your music. The staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable in what they sell. Even for someone like myself who loves listening to music but is not that familiar with what technology is up to they are fantastic to talk to and give you the advice you need. For me I was lucky enough that they had a sale on and I managed to get what I wanted. Everything comes down to how much you can spend but there's nothing stopping anyone to check out this store you might be lucky and if you have the money to spend then you should go and give them a try. You won't be disappointed great store for any audio enthusiast
