A great experience from go to woh. My interaction was purely online and the service was exemplary. The specific product I was trying to track down was available, the pricing was about $100 cheaper than elsewhere and free shipping from VIC to NSW was lightning fast! I even received an email from the Managing Director asking about my experience. This is a great place to purchase from and I'm looking forward to an in-store experience at some point - many thanks once again.

Amazing place, with all the top brands, always very fast postage and after sales support is top notch, highly recommended for quality high end Audio products, this company definitely delivers and does not disappoint.

Unfortunately the review is marred by the warranty process which feels a bit touch and go. I bought the Audeze LCD X's, and while the staff have agreed to co-operate to fix the issue, I have no inward communication (in writing) to assure me that my issue is being looked at. Word of mouth is fine, but it's difficult to track.

I'm hesitant to give such a low score, as the review is really targeting the manufacturer and their poor QC (Audeze), so be wary of buying these products. My pads fell off after 5 days of very normal (light) use for 1-3 hours a day.

If my issue gets resolved, I'll be happy to change the review to 5 stars. Excellent In store experience and purchase experience. Staff feel professional and know their stuff.

Having an audio nerd in the family, but sadly lacking the gift myself, I've heard great stories about Addicted to Audio for years, and used many products from them, but never actually purchased one myself until now.when I had to buy a birthday present for this person. Seems they deserve their gift ;) because Addicted to Audio absolutely lived up to the hype! Amazing in 2023 to speak directly with a caring retail owner, and to experience such an efficient, updated-at-every-step-of-the-way ordering and shipping process - and with a better price on the DAC I bought than Amazon! Much recommended.

The store is the most amazing I've ever seen, the gear is great but the service and after sales support is even better. Highly recommended!

The team here are amazing. My son is obsessed with speakers and they showed us some incredible systems and it totally blew us both away. Also great to see somewhere you can still try headphones in Melbourne.

I’ve purchased a few items from the store and I love every time I go there from the service to the installations. I bought the focal bathys, the sennheiser IE 900 and a few dac and amps. Everything working well I have had no issues.

They sell a lot of stuff and the showroom is nice.however, the aftersales is meh; some of the staffs became somewhat defensive when asked about aftersales services.

I bought a pair of Sony WH-1000xm4's from Addicted to Audio and they started having charging issues 4 months later. I got a return authorization but then they started working again so I thought the cable was faulty. Later they stopped charging altogether outside the warranty period so I contacted the warranty team since they were obviously faulty from the beginning. The team denied my request for a replacement within a couple minutes, with no regard to what had happened. Next time I'll purchase through a different reseller.

I had a chance to visit the Melbourne branch and what a store it is! The layout and products on display is first class which makes for a great in store experience!

I dealt with Jason via email and then in the store and his service was exceptional and he was also very accomodating in a very professional manner.

The product (s) I had purchased from Jason at Addicted to Audio certainly lived up my my high expectation and the process was very seamless and was a great experience from start to finish.

I was amazed at the very large range of high quality and high end products and the multi level showroom looks absolutely fantastic.

I can’t recommend Addicted to Audio highly enough for their very professional service. If you are looking for a great range of High quality products that you can see on display, do yourself a favour and pay them a visit. It has to be one of the most impressive stores I have seen to date and is accomodating for everything from entry level to full Hi-End AV products.

AVOID AT ALL COST! EVEN IF THEY OFFER THE LOWEST PRICE!
The purchasing process was fine, no issues at all. But the aftersales service would have to be the most appalling I have ever come across. We bought a set of Sennheiser headphones and the Bluetooth function was playing up. Plus, we couldn't use the microphone when connected via USB-C. So we sent it back for warranty claim. We have to constantly chase Conrad for an update of the claim, and he is always very vague about everything. He even lied to me about calling me, as there was no record of missed calls nor voicemail to call back. Conrad's favourite phrase "I don't know what else to tell ya". All we asked for was our money back on the purchase price. But Conrad is so argumentative. May be I should call him "Karen".
It's been 6 weeks since we first made contact regarding the claim, and we are still waiting.
EDIT: The refund has now been processed.

Great selection of products, and the website and ordering process was super easy and simple. Shipping was fast as well (they also gave plenty of notice about any delays due to current warehouse relocation, as well as lots of order status updates). Very happy with the service and even happier with the Audeze LCD-2 Closed headphones I got.
Highly recommend, will definitely be going back in the future.

After sales service is a nightmare.
Had issues with a set of Sennheiser Momentum 3's over-ear headphones. Bluetooth connectivity issues when in use wirelessly, and also the Mic not working when connected to PC via USB. This makes them unfit for purpose, so we have asked for a refund. But have only been met with arguments from Conrad of the warranty/returns dept.
This issue is now going to be escalated to consumer affairs.
