Personally I prefer their old store for accessibility but their new store in Melbourne is visually nice. As for how they operate, they're experts in audio and the products they sell are super high quality.

Brought things both online and in-store. Excellent and quick delivery. In store, the staff were knowledgeable but not pushy. Would visit again for headphones, DAC or cable purchases.

Received amazing service at the new Richmond store. Staff were patient and accommodating while I took my time deliberating over pairs of headphones.

The soundproof booth offered a quiet place to try whichever headphones I wanted. Highly recommend this store for people wanting to test and learn about headphones and other audio equipment before making a purchasing commitment.

I don't usually leave reviews but the service I received from Jason and Ryan from ATA was exceptional! I had purchased an A&K CT10 DAC for an 80th gift for my father and it had a small issue that I only realised 2 days before I was due to give it to him. Jason went out of his way to ensure I was able to pick up a replacement unit from Ryan within hours. Super impressed. And the CT10 is a very nice little DAC with great sound.

This company has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. On a Friday after 5pm in fact at 6pm they (Jason) responded to my email requesting assistance with setting up my AV receiver. Jason stayed on the phone with me patiently and with good humour until we sorted out the issue. Neither Samsung technician nor a Yamaha Technician could work this issue out. Good Customer Service is invaluable and this is only one way this company showed me they go above and beyond! Highly recommended.

I have purchased many, many products from Addicted to Audio over the years. Overall experience has been great, however lately I've noticed a distinct drop in customer service. My more recent purchases have been met with slow with responses to enquiries, items being shipped and delivery times. A couple of times I also made purchases only to be told that the item was no longer available - very disappointing.

Most recently, I purchased a pair of headphones and again was told 'not in stock' and they were 'waiting on a new shipment'. After waiting a month I finally received my purchase only to see that they were selling the same headphones for $50 cheaper.

Sure hope they can get back to awesomeness soon. As it stands, I can't recommend them.

Recently purchased a custom set of jerry Harvey Jolene IEMS and talk about an upgrade. Currently own a set of shure SE846 and I can’t even compare the 2. My experience with the guys from addicted to audio has been nothing but fantastic. The advice and help with sorting out the custom order was super easy and without issue. Jesse was super friendly and helpful and was all over the order process and communicated when the order would be complete. Given they need to be custom made I. The US added a level of complexity but even still this wasn’t as issue. If anyone is considering making a big purchase but is worried then let this be a review you can read and feel assured that it’ll be completed without issue. One very happy customer indeed! I purchased a Sonos Arc from a dodgy retailer 2 weeks ago, delivery was promised to be within 5 business days, however they didn't tell me their out of stock until yesterday! Joey from Addicted to Audio helped me out yesterday (22/12/21), immediately dispatched my order and arranged the express delivery and this morning I received (23/12/21), within less than 24 hours, amazing customer service and fantastic pricing, thank you so much guys!:)

Dropped in to buy in-ear headphones for use on my motorcycle. Great service, ended up spending less than I expected for a great product.
I returned a few months later to buy more foam tips and was gifted another 4 pairs of tips. Fantastic knowledge and service.

Further update to above. I had an issue with headphones 8 months after the warranty expired. Have received a significant discount on replacement items.

Beautifully laid out store and the sales people were extremely helpful and allowed me to take my own time demoing the headphones and were extremely knowledgeable on their selection of IEMs and headphones. Highly recommended!
