First, I would like to thank Aziz gave us a fantastic price, then Majid and his team worked tirelessly until 8: 00pm to replace windows and took away all the rubbish. We are very happy with the job, to be honest it exceeds our expectation. My parents are thrilled with the new look of these windows and I will definitely recommend to friends who need replacement windows.

I can't speak highly enough of the team at Accent Bayswater. We needed a new door for selling our house, and fast. They accommodated our timeline and supplied and fitted a door very quickly. Excellent quality, too. Thank you Saeed for making it happen!

I have used accent for approx 6 years. The last two years the company has completely lost the plot. Communication is horrible, lead times are not honest and the after sale service is horrific. We have built 4 units this year with their windows, one of the windows is the same on each unit. All four units are leaking. They fixed one unit and have refused to fix the other three as they have blamed the install method.they fixed one unit by recaulking because glazing silicon was not used. It’s been fine since. The other 3 units are exactly the same but they refuse to fix.

Shame to see them refuse to own their mistake and fix after so many years of working together. Won’t be using them for any future projects.

Aziz is very helpful in explaining and going through the quote. Not pushy and very understanding of our needs. We had to change few things in the quote and without fuss they sent the new quote the next day.

There were issues during the installations, but they really handled them well, and issues are resolved without any problem.

Overall, we are very pleased with the outcome. Their price was not the most competitive (mid-range), but their turnaround time was the best, service was very thoughtful and they gave us a great deal of assurance they knew what they were doing.

A day after the install, we discovered the fly screens were missing some plastic parts. I contacted them and they promptly sent out a guy to fix it. We were very pleased with that.

Some follow up was required with the admin team. We didn't receive a response for a couple of queries, and had to go back to the sales person Aziz, who then made things happened.

The installer we got on that day, arrived on time, did the install efficiently and was respectful of our home. They did leave behind some trim pieces (off cuts) on the nature strip, which must have been an oversight. One of the nails weren't precisely placed, broke through the other side, and splintered the surface of the new trim. All that said, very minor issues and we are still happy with the outcome.

From quote to supply this was arguably the most enjoyable experience of our renovation so far. The team at Accent from Vakil who came out to quote, Rosa in the office, Kayoum in production and Hamed in organising a delivery. They were very professional. Could not recommend them enough.

We used Accent to install our windows, after being stuffed around by a local croydon based small business. I’d have preferred to support the home run business - but they were substantially late, didn’t educate me on what options I had (double glazing, reflective coat, glass thickness, frame sizing etc).

They also took far too long to reply to me (1 week) then to send a quote out (3 weeks) and took another 3 weeks to follow up with me.

Accent on the other hand were great! From the moment I spoke to Saeed through to the last installer leaving site, it was nothing but a pleasure. The Accent installers were very well mannered, and kept me up to date with any difficulties along the way.

The fact that they make the windows AND install them was the main thing we felt good about - knowing any issues were 100% theirs to solve.

Highly recommended, we will be using them agin for our bathroom window when we finish off the renovations.

Accent replaced 4 windows in our house. The initial installation had issues but they have been able to deal with the problems and fixed them to our satisfaction in 10 days. While the first install team left us with unfinished work, the customer service manager was prompt and efficient in dealing with the complaint and the repair team was very knowledgeable and proficient.

Accent Windows is a great business. We’ve had windows put in by them at several places and they’ve been excellent each time. Their advice on style and fit is spot on. And, the windows themselves are absolute beauties too. Installation is done efficiently, carefully and cleanly. The one small issue we had with one window was fixed quickly and carefully and the result was fantastic. Aziz and Abbas are terrific people. Their personal touch and their skill and professionalism is outstanding. We adore our Accent windows! Accent is highly recommended.

Accent Windows were fantastic to deal with. They were trustworthy, reliable, honest and gave me a set of extra keys without charging me. They also removed the curtains and then replaced them free of charge, Saeid went out of his way to pick me up from my house to drive me to the showroom, then drove me home as my driving is limited. They communicated frequently to inform me what stage they were up to with my job. Very highly recommending them and it was a pleasure to use them.

I had numerous quotes, well out of my disability pension price range, one tradesman told me his boss was a rogue & another got the measurements wrong, I was told min 6 weeks just for the window, finally Saeed from Accent quoted, not only was 1/2 the other quotes I had the window within 10 days, he was so generous & even sent his brother after hours to measure, I can’t thank him & Accent Windows enough, the quality of both service & product are above expectations, now saving for next window.
