From the moment we first contacted Saeed, Sales Representative from Accent Aluminium Door and Windows we have been very happy with the service and quality of product. He promptly organised full site measure and kept us informed on the date and time they would be installed.

Majid and his father Sayed did a fantastic job installing our doors and windows. They thoroughly cleaned up and removed all the old product and made sure we were happy with the completed job.

Recently our house had old steel windows and one of the doors replaced by this company with double glazed aluminium windows and door. I found its staff members warm hearted and friendly. I was extremely pleased with Accent windows installation of our window needing replacement. From the first phone call to the completed project, Accent were prompt and efficient. The quality of the work was fantastic and I was very pleased with the entire process. It is very rare to find a company who give you a time or date and stick to it. Aziz was the only window installer that actually came out to see the job required, every other company I called wanted me to send a pic of the window and then were charging more than Accent windows, so this was a no brainer for me when choosing who to go with for the new installation. From our initial meeting with Vakil Abbass, the personable and obliging Area Manager and his follow up conversations and support, to the installers, Ali and Shaker who were highly professional, skillful and respectful in our home. The company also arranged for the painting and dismantling and reinstalling of the blinds as part of the job which made it easier for us. We had 4 windows replaced and a sliding door and window onto our balcony in a natural anodised colour. It all looks very classy. The reason why we selected Accent Windows was due to the experience we had previously with the company when we had French doors installed leading onto our garden a few years ago. Had double glazed windows and doors installed throughout in an existing dwelling. Initial interaction with Aziz, the Area Manager, was very professional; our visit to the factory was handled by Aziz personally. Pricing was competitive and the quality of the finished product has exceeded expectations. The installation team of Morteza and Mohammed Ali were exceptional; as a result showcased the excellence of the finished product. Given the installation was undertaken within a 33 year old dwelling, they handled the technical challenges that presented in an exemplary manner. Morteza and Mo were courteous, meticulous in the execution of their craftmenship, finished in the stipulated timeframe and the clean up was thorough. Would not hesitate to recommend Accent product and Morteza and Mo for installation.

These guys are amazing to deal with again. Adding to my first review below as we engaged Accent for the 2nd time to replace all our Timber windows (16 in totals) with double glazed Aluminium windows. Aziz as always was a pleasure to deal with again. He came out and helped us decide on the style of windows to go for and came back with a very competitive quote once again. Majid our installer came out to measure - he was very experienced and we knew we were in good hands. There were no delays with the installation. Majid, his dad Saeed and Jaffer worked tirelessly to complete the job in 2 days. They were polite and friendly while being professional and very efficient at the same time. Great care was taken and they were very respectful of our home, cleaning up before they left each day. We could not be happier with the product as well as the service received.

Used this company referred by a friend recently and we were very impressed by them. Aziz came out on time to give us a very competitive quote for sliding doors and windows for our outdoor area. He was very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and courteous. He gave us some great suggestions which we took on board. He put us at ease right from the start. The job was completed on time with no issues. Quality of the product and workmanship was top shelf. Installation was done efficiently by Nasser (not sure if i got his name correctly). Overall great experience and we highly recommend this company. Even the after sales service handled by Dean, Saeed and Aziz was excellent.

For the second time in 3 years we have chosen Accent to replace existing wooden window. This company is a pleasure to deal with from initial contact through to installation. We’ve now had doubled-glazed doors and sashless windows from Accent Aluminium installed in two properties, and they have been truly excellent in terms of service and the quality of the products and workmanship. Vakil gave us very knowledgable advice from the outset, and tailored the various items to our exact specifications. Vakil and his team were consistently friendly, professional, and responsive to our questions. The installation was completed on time and in a single day, with clear attention to detail. The soundproofing from our latest installation has been remarkably effective, and although the doors are very large and heavy because each incorporates double-panes of hush-glass, they slide very smoothly and easily. We have had no problems with any of the doors or windows from Accent Aluminium since they were installed, the first of which was put in more than ten years ago. We recently completed the building of our new family home in Balwyn North and moved in last month. We contracted Accent Aluminium Windows & Doors to manufacture, supply and install our windows and sliding doors and we absolutely love the quality of their products. The company representative was very professional, friendly and above all very informative about their product range etc and made some excellent recommendations for us. From there we received their competitive quote and we engaged them. Unlike many of the trades Accent did what they said they would do and they did it when they said they would do it. If there was a "best on ground " for the best trade or contractor used throughout our build we can honestly say the Accent would definitely get the 3 votes or best on ground-their customer service is of a extremely high standard and you get the sense the company culture is focused on customer service and quality products.
