A few of my windows were recently replaced from timber to double-glazed aluminium. We are extremely pleased with the new windows. Recently had a few windows changed from old style wooden to aluminium double glazed. Very happy with windows/sliding door. The installers Abrahim and his crew were very punctual, knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to liaise with my kitchen builder to ensure the installation would work into our upcoming renovation. Have other windows which will eventuality need replacing, will definitely engage Accent again.

We had four of our 50 year old window frames replaced with double glazed light bridge casement windows because the old ones were rotting and literally falling apart. Aziz was our sales guy and came to give us a quote the day after I called.
Abrahim, our installer was polite and most importantly, easy to get in contact with. Before the installation, he came around to do a final inspection and set expectations for what to expect on the day.
As it was very old windows, Abrahim and Nawrooz did a fantastic job minimising damage to the walls when removing the existing architraves. They worked really hard and efficiently to complete it in a day (over 10 hours) and addressed all my concerns before they left. I am very impressed with their work.
There was a small hiccup in terms of who and when for the removal and installation of our curtains which could have been handled with better communication from head office. However Abrahim was great to deal with and came back the next day to reinstall our curtains.
Their aftercare service is also very good, as there was small damage to the flyscreens mesh, which was addressed promptly, and a date set to get it fixed.
The windows themselves are great - I can no longer hear trees rustling and cars from the street (quiet suburban road) are muffled/silent. One thing to note is for windows in direct afternoon sun, the aluminium (ours is monument colour) can get hot (don't leave your fingers there too long), and stays that way until it is no longer in direct sun. I do not have a window getting direct morning sun, so cannot tell if that'll be the same. In any case, the windows are what we needed.
Overall I had a great experience with accent and will be looking to replace our remaining windows and will be requesting Abrahim to be our installer again.

I had an old timber window in my bathroom which was copping a lot of weather. One bracket had broken. I rang a couple of window repair people but they didn't get back to me. I rang Accent thinking that an aluminium window would be much more practical and Saeed came around very promptly to view my problem. He gave me a firm quote and his workman came and measured up the job. A date was set and Idrees arrived at promised. It was a very fiddly job with not much room to work but Idrees patiently proceeded under tiresome conditions. The window fitted perfectly and looks fantastic. All through the process of getting a quote and speaking and messaging on and off, Saeed and Idrees have been extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company for even smaller installations.

We just had 8 windows (including awning and sliding) and 2 large sliding doors retrofitted with double glazed aluminium framed windows.
Accent were very responsive when communicating for quotes and servicing.
The aluminium frames matched the original colour and included tinting and easy to operate flyscreens.
The boys who did the install did a fantastic job and discussed any issues they came across. Given this was a retrofit for an existing build, there were definitely hurdles with previous arks and also access.
We are very happy with the final outcome and would highly recommend the product for anyone looking to upgrade or choose double glazing for a build.
