82As indian 0 star to everything. Service/staff was very arrogant. Worst/unhygienic food/restaurant. You are not getting for what you are paying. Not recommendable.
If I think about Indian food this is a place. Never missed to order Chicken Tikka, Rogan Josh with Garlic Naan and Saffron Rice. Highly recommend 11/10
Govind Sweets - Settlement Road serves fresh paratha, Naan, chart and sweets. Their 'Kalakand' is one of the best milk cakes I have ever had. They have recently added laboratory to the restaurant which my concern when with family.
The best Indian food in the west! Prices are really reasonable, and the food is sensational. They pack so much flavour into their dishes. Love it.
Best place for Catering n party, very warm management n friendly Crew. I would like to prompt that Neha.is on of your finest asset.very sweet girl.
We had birthday celebration and was very well organized, staff are very kind and trained (Neha was very humble, cool and calm - Thank you for looking after us).
Everything was planned in advanced with Charu ji. Even though weather didn't support us, she had backup plan and it was executed perfectly.
Special thanks to Sumit ji who helped us behind the scene.
Thank you team Aangan to provide us one of the memorable experience to hook on our Feather of joy!
Highly recommended for food / party / function!
Used to love this restaurant, but not anymore. We went there for a birthday. The service was terrible. 2 hours later, we got our food and the food we ordered was either incorrect or tasteless.
Had dinner there last night. Absolutely superb. The chicken Madras was perfect, the long grained rice fluffy and the generous slices of naan bread light and crispy. The mango kulfi was cubed and garnished with a delicious light red sweet sauce. Even the house Shiraz was drinkable lol. Service was, as always, polite and profesional. Price was very reasonable. All in all a most enjoyable dinner. Not surprised that the restaurant filled up quickly. Can't wait to return.
Freedom day.first day out of lockdown and straight to the most favourite place, all time favourite.

Overall average experience with the restaurant. I really liked the service there and few things we ordered was good as well. However i don't think i will be coming back again. The big reason being that this place is toooo pricy. For a small bowl of kofta, it cost $19.5, that too not so yummy. The naan were so small that we all were shocked despite being the expensive naan i have ever had in any restaurant. Everything Too pricy and less quantity. Though the food is worth a try not that worthy that i will be spending that much money for that quantity of food.
Do yourself a favour and do not order any biriyani from this place! Tried it twice and half of it went to the bin! It was BAD!
Used to be really good. But getting poor and inconsistent day by day. Poorly managed and during busy hour they even forget about orders, mixup etc etc. Take too much time for food. Overly priced.
Very poorly managed restaurant. The price is very high for the quality, taste and experience.
The waiters clean the table with bare hands and serve food without cleaning their hands. It’s extremely unhealthy to see food sticking in the waiters hands when serving. For this each curry costs almost 20 bucks.
You guys also need to replace your tables and cutlery. The water cups had a very high chlorine smell and it was very unhygienic.
Also replace your ordering system. I don’t feel comfortable giving my credit card details on a sketchy website.
I give a 2 star because the 2 Indian girls who served us were nice and helpful. Otherwise I had plans to report your restaurant for unhealthy business practices. Make sure you fix it immediately.
Food wasn't fresh at all. Very disappointed to have that sort of meal still very expensive at angan.
I used to love the curry here.
But this time mine came out, tomato sauce and chicken with 0 flavour.
When questioned, the waitress replied we have curry for indians and a curry for “white” australians.
I came for authentic curry. Full of spice and full of delicious flavours and didnt get it.
So when you order just make sure you tell the waitress to make the curry that indians eat.
Food arrived 50 mins later and didn’t even bothered to ask how the food was. Kofta was very salty and cold and mutter paneer was a watery dish. Waste of money as the quality is long gone. Your attitude towards fellow Indians is so different to others. Not coming back at all.
I’ve ordered aloo paratha…. Very bad taste and they charged for curd 5$ separately……. Bad experience for me
I placed an order for chicken 65 biriyani, the taste was amazing but there was very little rice but a lot of chicken chunks, I made a call to them to report of this issue, the customer service was amazing and they immediately delivered another biriyani for free of cost. I am very much satisfied with both the taste and the service.
Worst tandoori chicken ever had and veg manchurian was too sweet had a smoky bitter flavour. We feed the tandoori chicken to our dog even he was not interested to eat it.
Wonderful place for Indian food lovers. The place is cosy to enjoy lunch or dinner with your family.
The taste is superb and staffs are friendly.
