I enjoyed the meal. And everyone on my table loves there too. The fries are amazing.its like it's been double fried.

Out of this world succulent steaks, meats, salmon, salads, desserts and of course the wall of wines!

First choice if you want a steak! The dry aged mutton (lamb?) is fabulous
everything were done perfectly.

Great quality and tasting food with exceptional service. From entree to desserts, the food was extremely tasty, cannot fault a single dish. Stand out dishes for me were the mussels, tomahawk and eye fillet.

Great food and pleasant staff come here on a regular basis with friends and can not fault the food and the steak is top class 5 stars for me

Came here for a dinner with friends and ordered a selection of dishes across the menu. Everything was great however the standout was the tomahawk which was carved in front of the table. Friendly and attentive service throughout the night.

We had the tomahawk 1.4 kg steak between 4 people with meatballs and seasonal vegetables as sides. It was a delicious, fun experience.

Food was excellent and service was just as amazing. Overall, fantastic experience. Will definitely go back again.

The food is quite good but very small in portion and so expensive. The waiting period was nearly 1 hour! All in all we weren't happy at all and it didn't worth the time and money!

Nice decor, friendly and attentive staff, but for the price I wasn't super impressed with the food. My steak was cooked medium when I asked for medium rare, and the broccoli was undercooked and too crunchy. I would go back and give them another go however.

I booked a romantic Saturday night dinner for my partner and I as we had read and heard very good things about A Hereford Beefstouw.

Upon arrival we had to wait several minutes before being shown to our table, which was understandable as it was a Saturday night and quite busy. However from there the service just went further and further downhill.

As we were ordering (after waiting 25 minutes to order) we informed the waitress that my partner is pregnant asked if we could get the rocket and pear side with feta as opposed to blue cheese and were informed that this wasn't possible which was quite surprising as the salads aren't pre-made so it would've been very easy to substitute. We said that it would be fine if the blue cheese was on the side and placed our order.

At the point of ordering we also asked for some more water, the bottles of which were right behind my partner, after waiting 10 minutes we decided to help ourselves!

The food was very tasty, although slightly underseasoned, but all in all it was a lovely meal.

The waitress serving us however was unattentive and took far too long with the basics. Her colleague (with a bald head and moustache) was great though, refilling our water without being asked, getting us a desert menu and clearing our plates within a few minutes of finishing our meal and bringing said deserts out within 5 minutes of us placing the order.

If our original server had been this chap then we would certainly be rating the restaurant 5 stars.

Tasty steak.but arrived at 6.10pm. First drinks ordered at 7.food arrived after 8pm. Understaffed. And not busy. Strangely everyone in the restaurant was surfing the net rather than socialising. Odd experience.

The steaks are juicy and tender with a very reasonably priced wine list. Great ambience with exceptional staff service.

Took my girlfriend to A Hereford Beefstouw last night for a romantic dinner. Food and service was absolutely sensational. Expectations were far exceeded, will definitely be back.

Greeted by friendly staff, my mate and I were very satisfied with the experience at Hereford. The quality of the food based on the price is reasonable and its just a nice sit down restaurant to satisfy your meat cravings.

Located in a cool alley with lots of photo-worthy Graffiti. We went with a group for my husbands birthday and it was really great - everyone loved the steak, it was cooked to the right temperature, as per our requests, and was so tasty we almost didn't want to use the sauces. Have been back since then and it is consistently good.

Amazing steak, got the filet steak and the lobster tail. So much flavour and the steak cuts like butter, so tender and tasty. Definitely worth it for a special dinner. The lobster was amazing too, super tasty. Would recommend to everyone for a good steak.

Tucked in a lane way the restaurant was very nice. Good was great. Steak was cooked perfectly. Definitely going back again.

Amazing atmosphere, child friendly, perfect steak. Definitely put this place on your list of places to eat. Yum
