63I've never been more excited to get sweaty than when I'm heading into 5th Element. They have such a well-rounded response to health which means they're looking at me as a complete human and all that goes with that - hormonal levels, stress levels and mobility. Good body composition is just a wonderful byproduct of their approach. Liam, my P. T, is an absolute legend. I almost wish our sessions went for longer.
5th Element Wellness can only be described as a fitness family, so many friendly faces and people who genuinely want the best for you. Liam is a fantastic trainer, super positive, fun, encouraging and always makes sure I get a fantastic workout. The best gym you'll find.
I'm coming up to a year of training at 5EW, without a doubt the best gym system i have come across. Great people, great place - highly recommended!
