Really good and supportive gym for beginners. Structures the whole process for you from diet, exercise and accountability. Genuine staff that care about your goals and progress

I received some great coaching from the team and achieved my goals set at our beginning meeting. The team were friendly, knowledgeable and I felt like part of the community. Did not feel intimidated by joining a gym for the first time. The course was helpful for accountability and providing structure to my training. Would recommend the course and the gym.

I was to start at a new gym and learn how to build strength, 5th element exceeded my exceeded my expectations. Steph held my hand through each week, answered all my questions and all coaches have amazing advice. From the sauna and yoga on Fridays to the semi-Private PT class and coming in my myself - I have come out of the 6 weeks feeling strong and positive. Can’t wait to begin my journey here.

I have just finished the 6-week challenge with 5th element wellness and loved every minute of it! I was in a real slump with my exercise/eating habits and was nervous to go into the gym, but from the moment I walked in, I felt so welcome and supported! Great classes, gym, yoga, sauna and overall program which is achievable! Special thanks to Laura for being such a support over the 6-weeks and keeping me on track! Loved my time being a member of 5EW. Only leaving due to moving out of the area. The staff are super friendly and the facilities are always clean. It never gets too busy so the equipment you want to use is always available.

I really liked the number of yoga classes on the timetable especially the slow flow and yin. The cold plunge and sauna were also great for recovery- and availability to book was never a problem. Would definitely recommend!

I did the 6 week challenge at 5th Element Wellness and had amazing results thanks to this incredibly well designed program that is simple to follow. The small group PT sessions were fun and I gained a lot of confidence and skills. The team are super friendly and supportive and the space is inviting and super practical with everything you need. I loved the yoga, Pilates and sauna as well. I can’t really fault this program and would recommend it to anyone wanting to gain confidence, lose body fat, gain muscle and develop consistent habits around healthy eating and working out which are sustainable and achievable. Well done to 5th element wellness for creating such a great experience!

Absolutely love coming to workout here. I have the one on one sessions with Giuseppe. His approach in helping me reach my desired goals is simply unmatched to others I’ve had. The facilities are exceptional and the working team are simply awesome. If you’re a fan of a perfectly brewed tea at the completion of a workout, I suggest you talk to Iesha at the front desk.

Will never order again! I paid extra money for express delivery 1-3 business days and today the 5 th day and I received message that I have to collect it from the post office!
I put a very clear address, may name and room number and in very well known and big hotel! I called the company from my international number which costs me $30 without a solution and they can’t do anything!
I checked the post location and found it will cost me going back and forth with uber about extra $40-$50 plus wasting time! They said I have to go to collect it or you call them! Horrible service

Starting this journey has helped me improve myself my relationship with food and the gym. The coaches are always available to motivate you day by day both when you exercise and through the app.keeping the diet constant wasn't difficult and seeing the changes every week pushes you to keep going. I was happy with the various activities that are in the gym. For this reason, when I finished my journey, I decided to continue training. Finding a good environment with good instructors is essential to create good habits.

Hands down the best facilities and expertise in the city. If they don’t have it, you don’t need it. And if they have it, they’ll show you how to use it properly.
This place has been a game changer for me.

Just completed the 6 week Challenger program - pretty dramatic increase in fitness level in the short time since starting. Pretty safe to say nutrition, energy levels, strength and endurance all up, getting into better shape certainly a plus.

Team here have been top notch and super helpful and the facilities are great. The daily check in and communication while on the challenge has been a big driver in being able to push myself to the finish line.

6 weeks ago I had never been in a gym nor even lifted a weight in my life… Since I joined 5th Element Wellness, the team has really welcomed and motivated me. The challenger programme was a great way to begin a new phase of exercise and wellbeing. I feel more confident in my body than ever before. They gave me a great level of support and accountability - shout out to Steph! I found the semi-private training (SPT) workouts to be perfectly tailored to a beginner like me - a real challenge but also manageable. Each of the instructors offered wonderful guidance on technique. Go team!

I have really enjoyed my time at 5EW (started in January). I’ve been doing the small group personal training - the instructors are overall supportive and enthusiastic and provide thorough instructions to ensure you’re doing the correct form. I appreciate the holistic approach to health here - they don’t push you to come every single day like some gyms and understand the benefits of sauna, cold tub, and more.

I’ve just finished a 6 week challenge with 5th Element Wellness. It’s been a very rewarding process and has allowed me to get into a routine to better my overall well-being. The facilities are immaculate. The staff are friendly and super supportive and the SPT classes are a real winner. It’s a great environment to walk into as a beginner. There is no egos, it’s never super crowded and it always has a welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.

Great gym for people who want to work on their fitness. Awesome set up. Super friendly people and killer coffee.

I bought Cardiovascular Research, Magnesium Taurate, 180caps
for my mother. After one week of having it, she suffered from strong allergy in her eyes, itchiness and they became very red. I tried them too to see If this will happen to me too, Same thing happened to me. We took Claratyne to Stop the allergy and itching. I asked for Refund and they Refuse. I told them they should have put Clear Visible sentence, short one, for each product, on same product photo page
"We don't Refund our product for any reason".
I lost my money $$62.05.
I found the 5th Element Wellness Pty Ltd attitude is unethical and deceiving their customers. Very frustrating.
Will Never come back again to this 5th Element Wellness Pty Ltd to purchase anything.

Amazing place, stumbled upon it looking for my Beef Organ supplements! Tim helped me immensely, on how to use the equipment, the Sauna was amazing, just didn't get a chance to try the cold tub! Its the only thing im going to miss leaving Melbourne for WA. Thanks again Matt and Tim for all your help!
