Waterfront Hotel

Rude & arrogant staff member became abusive called me names when I questioned her on how she applied rules to enter a competition the venue was promoting. Left immediately & won’t be back.

Waterfront dining. 6pm waited over 1hr for meals. Had to ask if order had been put through. Guy said takes 30 minutes to roast vegetables. No apology.

It’s a shame that the service is such poor quality because the location is beautiful, and the menu has quite a nice range, that’s all reasonably priced. There’s just absolutely no organisation from front of house staff, and really slow, brusque service.

I went on my own, first night was nice
Second night I got greeted by, oh no not you again. As if dinning alone can be awkward enough.
Meal below average.

Had an impromptu dinner here with the kids on the way home from the beach. Food was really good. It cost me less that $70 we had mains a drink each and the kids had a free desert.

The food is always amazing. This is easily my go-to place! Best parmy I've ever had. Cocktails are great too!

Came supporting some disabled people and ordered a child's steak and chips meal as I was not overly hungry. I was advised that this was OK. Was not asked how I wanted the steak, and it arrived overcooked and charred. The large cappuccino morphed into a regular size.

When paying for the meal I was charged a surcharge for ordering a child's meal. This was not mentioned at time of ordering. I declined to escalate my dispute as had clients to look after.

Not happy.

Dined at the restaurant for lunch, staff were extremely rude, slamming our food onto our table and got upset when we said yes to desert and told us to hurry and order. Very young staff and horrible service. Would not come back or recommend!

Amazing food + wonderful staff ️ Claire and another lovely lady with short hair looked after us so well They accomodate kids so well too. Tolerating, kind, supportive just the place for a family meal ️

Top location and pub with fabulous outlook onto a yacthing marina! Excellent food at very affordable prices both upstairs in restaurant and down in CBar!

The staff in the gaming room are extremely welcoming and bubbly, especially the 2 blonde girls we encountered tonight. It's not our local as we live in Sandy Bay but the laid back atmosphere and lovely staff make it worth the drive.

Food was very average for the price, the chips were way over cooked and so was chicken, salad didn't even have dressing on it not good when your paying $29

The food is pretty good and reasonable.
The bar staff are really great, been there a few times for a few bevies, and the staff were excellent, in particular the young girl that was working Friday 2/7. Kept everyone under control without upsetting anyone.

One of the nicest hotels meals my family have had in a long time, and very generous serving size.
BBQ Pork robs were excellent. My kids state parmi was the best meal they have had, thank you for the great service and we will be back!

Probably the worst pub meal we have ever had.
The Thai beef salad was actually inedible
The chicken salad was edible, but only just
The pie was ok, but the chef had obviously never heard of seasoning
Will not be back.

Had a lovely lunch, service was a little slow to start with but overall we all had a lovely time.

Nice views, easy meals, very nice staff, want something easy gor dinner, this is just the place

After being seated we failed to be served after 30 mins. We ended up walking out. The staff didn't even take drink orders it was total silence. Who knows what the meals were like as they failed to serve us.

Food was good, service was also good.but what I liked most about the place was how fast the meals arrived from ordering them, to them arriving on the table.

A group of us had lunch here. The food was good sized and quite tasty. The place has a great view across the water. Worth the visit if you are looking for a decent pub meal.
