Disappointing.
Ordered meals to takeaway: 2x thai noodle salad. Great taste but $33 each with only 3 strips of beef and an entre size serve.
Have dined in many times and always been happy with the service, but will not be rushing back.

It's a great pub, good food, beach views and live music on Sundays.

The food was OK only and not much of it for the restaurant level prices. I'm reluctant to return. The service was excellent!

Had a nice meal yesterday for girls night. Love the 12 hour cooked lamb. Customer service is perfect and they always have a smile.

The service was excellent, but the meal I had was just above room temperature and overpriced for what you got.

We had a great lunch at the Salty Dog Hotel in Kingston. The staff were great, friendly and service being spot on. The venue was wonderful, being seated so we could look out to the ocean. The food was a good size and very nicely presented, but the calamari was amazing. Definitely a place to go to again.

Bloody love the Salty. Sunday session, good pub grub. Outside or inside. The only thing it's missing is a kids area so I can eat and drink and my little buggers have something to do instead of nag me and upset other people.

Hosted an event here and it was great! The guys really helped out alot and the venue has such an ambient vibe. Thanks guys!

We love our local Salty. The menu used to be better with more vegan & vege choices as well as meat. A more interesting snack menu wouldn't go astray either. Room for menu improvement & the rear dining area needs some art & ambience added to brighten the place up. Otherwise a great spot & with one of the best customer service fellas behind the bar on weekends. Nice outdoor area, music & atmosphere on Sunday afternoons. Recommend!

It is a terrific place to spend time with family and friends. The staff is very helpfully, delicious food and fantastic service. Fully recommend

My bad i said 12 bucks for a schooner is a bit harsh and that was enough to trigger the old duck. Not cool relax a little

This place was highly recommended by a close friend and seriously lived up to expectations. I ordered the $40 steak which ended up being worth every penny. Great view and friendly staff. 10/10 recommend!

Very family friendly pub. Has a great outdoor area with lots of heaters. The food was excellent and came out quite quickly.

Top venue. Good food and beverages in a relaxed atmosphere. Sunday afternoon also provided some great musical entertainment. Staff are very pleasant and kept busy with both indoor and outdoor patrons.

Actually, we have been serviced well and we had yummy foods. BUT, when we went home and ready to share our today’s bills, we found we have been charged $8 for herb bread.
This is the first time we come to your restaurant. When we waited for our food,  the waiter brought us a plate of herb bread, we saw bread served on other table as well, so we naturally think it’s free. HOWEVER, it needs to pay and we don’t know until the end.
We don't know why you gave us a food that we need to pay for without ordering. I think we need a reasonable explanation.

Sharing a meal with the wife, great atmosphere, great food, at the beach, what more can you ask for, but a fantastic day as well.

Nice bar and staff except the bald miserable lad with specs. Very rude and looked like he's rather be at home playing chess the Virgin, the hotel would do better without him

My disabled friend was kicked out because he accidentally brought ice cream from the place next door. He was very confused and distressed so he threw the ice cream on the ground and we had to buy him a new one

Exactly what we wanted it to be. Good food, great relaxing beer garden. Plentiful friendly staff. Massive serve of fish (3 pieces), chips and salad. Hubby had the steak which he enjoyed.
