The Elimatta Hotel reviews
49Beautiful setting, wonderful setting and food is divine. Will definitely be back. We had our 7 and 8 yo with us and no issues with children dining in. Highly recommended for a lovely night out with great service and food.
Parmi OK. Salt and pepper schezuan squid had no salt or pepper flavour, nor was crisp, but it was tender. Asian Salad looked and tasted like combination of woolies leafy greens and dry coleslaw with a bit of lime. Seperate mayo dressing was bland. Disappointing
Right next to the Spirit of Tas. Large meals. $11 for a large vegetable side, so worthwhile! We were so happy with our order. The size of its Garlic prawn was amazing too. Will definitely come back when I visit Tas again. People were nice there.
I have travelled the world extensively and this motel is by far the worst. Avoid staying in accommodation here.
A really great venue for a celebratory birthday lunch and a catch up with dear friends. The food was delicious and the staff were totally friendly, helpful and courteous. Have never been disappointed with this great venue and look forward to my next visit.
Great food and very tasty, service was amazing very quick price is very fair
I would strongly recommend this venue
Tidy, new, very convenient for a night before the boat trip. Excellent value for the price. That squishy soap in bathroom is genius, now I want one in my home.
We met family there for a meal menu was good and staff were very friendly food was well priced
Our meals were not too good. My beef schnitzel was just okay, but my wife sent back her chicken schnitzel after just one bite. It had an odd, sour, vinegary taste to it. To the staff's credit they refunded the cost of the chicken schnitzel without us having to ask.
Popular with locals with great views over the Mersey. Friendly service and good selection of your favourite pub classics. Try the fresh Gummy shark, they fo half serves.
I was there on a Monday night and there was no service in Public Bar but service is Restaurant was first class
Meal was great ànd reasonably priced
We had an impromptu dinner, great location and clean and tidy inside. The food was plentiful, well cooked and tasty for a reasonable price. Well worth it for dinner or lunch overlooking the port and river exit.
So glad we made it here for a meal in the bistro, as with most places they stop cooking around 8pm. Meals were fresh and tasty, the coating on the homemade chicken schnitzel seemed to be a cross between and crumb and a batter, it was yummy. The pepper sauce was a favorite. The scallops were also tasty, nice and crispy chips. Staff were friendly and attentive. Will stop again.
Coke was flat service behind bar wasn't flash food was average my wife was disappointed how her father was treated on father days and we got dirty looks from staff cause we stay to long
My meal was below average, roast potatoes were so hard I couldn't eat them same as the pumkin, meat was beef but tasted strange, meals came out in dribs and drabs and service wasn't exactly friendly. Giving 2 star only because other friends said their meals were really good. Get it together or definitely won't be back.
Good food! Good location. Much better during the day time if you wanna enjoy the view. Service is good and the Hapuka fish I ordered was cooked to perfection.
Good food and accommodation looked new only problem was no power points near bed or in the bathroom and couldn't see the tv from the couch
Friendly service, short wait time, great for families, beer range in the dining area is average (stock standard domestic beers)
Couldn't have been happier, we reserved a table as we were waiting for the ferry the staff the food and atmosphere all great.
Food was lovely, service was good and both should get 5 stars. The thing that let it down was the lack of a disabled toilet. Not only did I have to take my amputee husband into the ladies toilet, but it was a regular cubicle with a support bar, I couldn't get his wheelchair through the door and had to physically hold him. While he attempted to hop to the toilet. Then again to get him back in the wheelchair. It was humiliating for him and for that reason he can never go back. Would be interested to know what the DDA compliance would say about it.
