Great accommodation, clean, quiet. Would be lovely if they could provide a bigger breakfast option

Convenient and comfortable accommodation. Staff helpful with all queries. Very handy having a laundry onsite with both washing machines and driers. $4 a load, laundry open 24 hours.

Lots of noise, just easy to hear noise from other apartments. The room had opened milk in the fridge obviously not checked by cleaners. The girl on reception was super friendly and walked me through getting the TV off audio to actual channels.
It was a shame about the constant noise from other apartments. The bed was firm and comfortable.

I was given a room next door to a long term patron who kept me awake all night with there coughing and tv. I notified the owners and were given the answer they were aware of this situation, sorry. Very disappointing.

Nice apartments in a great area, they could benefit from double glazing though, the outside noise in the mornings was pretty loud.

Comfortable apartments in a convenient location near the Salamanca Markets and harbour precinct. Our room was adequate for our needs, with a small kitchen and decent sized bathroom. The room itself was clean and serviced daily. A bonus was that even though the hotel was completely booked, it was still very quiet at night.

Comfortable rooms to stay in. We had the double story one with bedrooms upstairs. That was nice as it looked over the harbor and we could see the Queen Elizabeth ship leaving.

Very quiet location as well and so close to Salamanca. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The room has kitcken facilities, a large bathroom and seperate lounge and bed area, as well as free parking for guests. I feel like we could not have been in a better location with everything in Hobart only minutes away. The little private balcony was the highlight though, being able to sit out there and watch the sunrise with a coffe will not be forgotten any time soon.

St Ives Apartments was just lovely. It does it's job well and fine.
Receptionists are real friendly and helpful. Rooms are equipped with good shower facility and kitchen. The location is also perfect, just 5 min stroll to Salamanca Market area.
Parking lots were plenty as well. I would recommend anyone visiting Hobart to stay with them.

Staff were nice, rooms were ok but a bit noisy and not super well maintained. Mold in bathroom, AC remote had dead batteries and the AC itself had a noisy fan. TVs were placed strangely especially downstairs way off center and squished in a corner semi covered by curtain.

Situated about 15 minutes walk from the CBD, markets and the wharf. The rooms were compact, clean and the accomodation reasonable. One will not spend much time indoors as the space inside was a bit cramped for four adults. Bit for the price it's good value.
