Close to sandy bay and city for eating out

Good, clean room, close to Salamanca and Sandy Bay all in walking distance, bottle shop next door and a reasonable price.
Would recommend this place as it's handy to all the amenities and great service daily.

My partner visited Hobart and stayed here for 5 nights, & she highly recommends it for price, location and cleanliness.
The adjoining bottle shop has a wide selection of Tasmanian wines as well as other brands, spirts too.

Very comfortable and clean accomodation in Hobart. Spacious rooms with a small kitchenette. Recommend!

Stayed here 6 nights and it was wonderful. The housekeeping do a great job as my room was absolutely spotless! Everything was great including the massive tv in the room. I'd definitely stay again

Good value good location good staff and nice clean apartments. Walk to wharf and Salamanca. Free onsite parking if you have a car but public transport at the road and regular. Recommended.

Excellent accommodation in battery Point, close to everything in downtown Hobart. Good rates, good rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Has crockery and cutlery and cooking facilities. Does a very reasonable continental breakfast pack with cereal and toast. We enjoyed our stay there, and would highly recommend them.

This is not an hotel but a motel. I have no problem to stay in a motel but I do have a problem if I pay for an hotel that actually is a motel. This is a motel that has re-branded itself “ apartments hotel “ the name motel is still used on their car park gates.

Very clean and neat apartment with a well-equipped kitchenette. Great parking. Easy walk into the city, markets and restaurants.

Bed is good. Pillows are OK.
For the price point, can't go wrong.

The location is great, quiet yet within walking distance to the main attractions in the Harbour area. Room is clean and modern. Parking is free and spacious.

Most of all, my flight was cancelled and Jess from the reception helped me to sort out to extend one more night of stay, and also gave me tips on where to go on the city area which are kids friendly. Great job by Jess, she went the extra mile to help me.

Lovely rooms and short walk to battery point and loads of antique and gift shops. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic. Stayed for five days in August. Shower hot and strong, beds comfy, position very useful to everything. Loved it.

Always clean and well appointed. I have been staying here for work. The apartments are well located for a short walk to the City or Sandy Bay.

We had a great time during our 3-night stay here at the end of June 2022. Good location, 7 minutes walk to Salamanca market, around 15 minutes walk to CBD. The room & the hotel is nice & clean. The car park is free. Staffs are helpful. We definitely would stay here again if we are in Hobart.

Great location, within walking distance of Salamanca place. Lot's of local restaurants and coffee shops. Rooms a good size and facilities. A very good place to base yourself from to spend a few days in Hobart. Good value.

It was our last 4 days of 20 in Tassie, so we stayed at St. Ives. It was our best place we stayed at in our trip. The bed was large and so comfortable. St Ives is close to all the main action in Hobart. As we walked everyday down the Kelly steps into the town square.

5 mins to Salamanca Markets, pleasant clean & tidy room, well-equipped kitchenette, quiet, good service, parking, bottle shop next door, side door for quick entries and exits. Excellent value. Will definitely come here again.

The sister hotel of Fountain Side Hotel (it was sold to UTAS rip), it's still a pretty good place & close enough to walk to a lot of places you'd want/need to go to.
