Had a great stay, they provided excellent customer service, including late check-in and follow up contact.
Even threw in a free beer on arrival, thanks team. Totally relaxed and can recommend.

Got the wrong meal. Didn't seem to know the menu. When I asked for something else. Meal over cooked.

Attended my nephews engagement party here last Saturday night, one staff member wasn't too friendly and got very upset when he made the wrong drink, the other staff member was amazing. Had an amazing night, food was also very good

Room is really disappointing I had to comment as soon as I checked in. For 80$ no wifi, no table no chair no pantry. Bathroom outside the room in a hall? ! And a circuit that’s located behind the bed (very convenient to bend and damage your own cable). You wash your hands with a shampoobody wash rather than providing a soap or hand wash. I’ve seen better accomodation with this price. I personally told the staff I am traveling from hobart and exhausted didn’t bother and warn me…

Friendly, helpful and great service. I’m from NSW and they put the real footy on a TV for me to watch instead of the stuff from Victoria! Thanks guys.

Look, if you're going to put artichoke hearts and olives on a schnitty, I'm going to give you 5 stars. It's the law.

Staff were not friendly. Ordered 4 parmas, 3 lemon lime bitters and 1 schooner. Old male staff member made an inappropriate comment to our male friend ordering the schooner saying he thought my male friend should order a bigger size beer. Drinks are over priced as well. The BBQ meatlovers parma had way too much BBQ sauce, one meatlovers parma had 3 pieces of chorizo, the other meatlovers parma had none and the buffalo parma was drenched in a very liquidy buffalo sauce that the plate looked like a soup. The chicken was dry like it seemed like it was fried in the morning and reheated when we ordered them. The chips were soggy, cold and salty and seemed like they were not freshly cooked. The salads on all 4 plates of parmas had no dressing and the female staff seemed annoyed when we asked for dressing. The old male staff also seemed annoyed when we asked for salt and pepper as they were not provided on the table. Both staff members had bad customer service skills and honestly looked like they didn't want to be there. Never going back again. First and last time.

We’ve literally just been to two pubs drinking schooners of Furphy which cost us $7 at each. Came here and was charged $9 for a schooner! Needless to say it was our first and most definitely last

Accommodation overpriced and very basic, no tea/ coffee facilities absolutely terrible. $99 for a basic room is an absolute ripp off. No parking facilities for guests.

Just had my socks knocked off by the best pumpkin and feta salad I've had in my life. IN MY LIFE. And reasonable priced too. 10/10 would recommend.

Accommodation was ok, upstairs, basic, no air con! Monday pint & parma ($15) was great! Great sports bar, with beers garden & restaurant all in venue!
