Spacious room with a stunning view. Wonderful location close to restaurants and city centre. Free parking space included.

Fantastic location on the waterfront, close to Salamanca and a host of great restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, fitted out with lots of accessories including a lovely view of the harbour.

Were told to put bags on trolly and take them to room. Hardly great service. Then, possums or similar in the roof at night!?

Amazing. I could not ask for more. Breath taking view. Magnificent. What I like the most is apart from the view was the bathroom. They had a washing machine and the drier. Spacious modern bath tub too. I like the bed room as it was in upstairs. All is so well.
We became so excited when we suddenly saw 4 Dolphins just in the sea in front of our room balcony. Me and my grand daughter was so shocked and was over whelmed. When I was ready to take the photos we were bit too late.
I could recommend anyone without any hesitation to try out at SOMERSET. The
staff Abby & Mathew did an awesome service.

Great location, in the heart of Hobart City on Elizabeth Pier. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and well facilitated. Ours had the Pier view and a small balcony with great views of the boats sailing. Lots of cafes and pubs around the neighbourhod.highly recommended while in Hobart.

Couldn’t have imagine a better place to stay during my first trip to Tassie. The stuff are so friendly, helpful and informative; the location wise, absolute stroll distance from cbd. You could see mountain and water view, which was absolutely stunning. Parking facility is really easy.

A property with so much potential just struggling to find it.

If noisy, paper thin walls, uncomfortable beds, and slow internet are what you are seeking, you ya e found a winner.

This property offers a spacious room with 2 TV’s and a great view and that’s about the limit. We could clearly hear the neighbouring rooms disputes and discussions.

The internet was slow and the reception team didn’t seem super fazed about much.

Nice rooms, view and location however. However, rooms don't smell great. WiFi is literally terrible and cuts out every couple of seconds.

Excellent spot, very central for day tripping & walk to Salamanca or town. Great views from the rooms.

I like the double storey service apartment. Would be better if can face the West (odd room number) to enjoy the sunset.
