Awesome place to stay!
You can hear the waves at night.
Clean and tidy.
I love it as it's still quite outdated with everything.
And it's dog friendly, lots of people had dogs in the caravan park which made it more homely.
My husband Darren and I absolutely love this Park.

Just a hop and a skip to the beautiful Snug beach. Very clean cabin with good size rooms to accommodate 4 adults comfortably. There’s space to park one vehicle. Good kitchen and bathroom. Yea and coffee facilities. IGA is 2 minutes drive and bottle shop in 5 minutes. About 15-20 minutes from Hobart. Good alternative if you like the sea and doesn’t want to stay in the city.

We stayed in Snug Beach Caravan Park in cabin 15 for 2 nights and the main reason we choose this facility was the free wifi as where we stayed previously didn't offer wifi. It just happens that cabin 15 is in a black spot which the caravan park is aware of and we are unable to connect to the internet. I am very disappointed as i believe its false advertising and i wouldn't stay here again.

We booked our stay months in advance for a group of 7 vans when we arrived we were not all together 2 vans had cancelled due to covid but 3 vans were together and the other 2 down the other end of the park it would have been great if we could have been closer we booked well in advance apart from that the park is lovely

Unfortunately we didn't end up getting to stay here but I was extremely impressed by their willingness to accommodate a special request that I had. Staff went above and beyond! Thank you so much for your generosity and willingness to go the extra mile.

We have stayed at this park a few times now!
We personally find the beds extremely hard and uncomfortable, but this time our cabin was quite dirty! The cutlery was dirty, light switches had finger prints all over them and there was a used soap still in the shower! We are extremely disappointed!

We stayed one night from 17th to 18th September 2021 as a group of 5.
Everything was amazing except the hairdryer, it turned off automatically every 30 secs to 1 min and can’t be tuned on again until like 5-10 mins.
By the way, if you plan to use the public BBQ facility remember to prepare some $1 coins.
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. We got spacious cabin and everything we need.

A lovely place to stay for a couple of nights, a family of seven and we had privacy, it’s was clean, quiet and had the beach a stones throw away. Very friendly staff and easy to approach for any issues. One small annoyance was the cooking facilities in the cabin itself, if you wanted to cook a meal, it wasn’t equipped to have the small oven and stove all going at once as it cut out if got too hot but mentioned it to the staff and they were straight on to making sure it wasn’t broken and explained the situation. Maybe take your own steamer pots with you if you’re planning on cooking a meal for large amounts of people. Couch could do with some Velcro to keep Cushions in place as they kept slipping off when we all sat on it.
Definitely worth the money to stay there though and would go back again for sure. Kids loved it and we could watch them ride bikes from the cabin we stayed in and there was a small park close by. Very family friendly and park facilities are fantastic for long stays and campers. Very clean park and well maintained in a great area of snug. Plenty to see and do for a relaxing trip for a family. Fully equipped iga just up the road too, which is walking distance.

Nice quiet spot, next to the beach and a playground for the kids. Close to Snug Falls and other scenic locations the south has to offer.
Friendly staff Reasonably clean facilities ie. Toilets, camp kitchen. First night was very snug being squished between 2 other vans, next few nights were nice once they left. Would happily return.

The best communal kitchen and TV room on East Coast. It boasts 4 or 5 couches and plenty of seating and cooking facilities. Best you ll find on your caravan holiday

Rudest pig on earth! Rang to make a booking.was asking a few questions.and he said.hurry up.my dinner is going cold.it was 4.40pm. Don't answer your phone if customers are an inconvenience fool! Wouldn't stay if my life depended on it! Gives Tassie a bad name.

Quiet, away from passing traffic. Amenities ok, needs more cleaning. More a reflection of some users, judging from watching some people.

Stayed two nights feb 2020, powered site number 19, in our jayco camper trailer. What a little hidden gem. Our site was right near the bay, lovely outlook. Camp kitchen was fantastic, everything you need plus comfy lounge and fire. Front desk staff were welcoming. Amenities clean and tidy. Will definately be back here again when we are next in Tassie. Thanks Snug, cya next time.
