This Caravan Park is excellent for an overnight stay. Located near Margate and Kettering/Bruny Island, it is easy to access the beach, nearby park and tennis courts, and the river. The town centre is only a few minutes walk away, allowing for easy accessibility.

This is by far the nicest caravan park I have stayed in. The showers are lovely and the kitchen area is outstanding.

The little things like plants in the bathroom. A tv with DVDs and a fireplace.

The beach and the river are hidden treasures.

Lovely little park right on the beach and close to the Bruny island ferry. Very clean facilities and spacious sites.

Caravan park in a great location. Level sites. Great camp kitchen. Downside is that I felt like I was being filmed by all the security cameras constantly. They are literally everywhere! Very angry caretaker lady!? Her husband on the other hand was lovely and friendly.

A quick one night in a bungalow. Fine, clean spacious enough.
Great service at check-in!
Nice to be close to the beach and for us halfway to Cygnet and Hobart.

Just spent 7 nights in a studio cabin. First visit to Tasmania.
Cabin was great. Park is well looked after. Staff are friendly and helpful and right on the waters edge. I will be back.

Beautiful spot right on the beach. Relaxed atmosphere and dog friendly. Lock your car and don't leave things unattended in the common room.

Check in was a breeze pick a key up from the letter box. Rooms are good. Location and park very quiet
The 2 down Falls are upon paying I would have thought that the people taking the money for the booking would have told me what the park actually had or what was in the area. But they didn't even thank us nothing very strange. And the other horrid down fall is that there are a few permanent sites that are actually horrid. The manger/owner of the park could get the perms to actually clean their sites up it looks worse than the Bronx. Besides that if you want a quiet stay it's ok

We booked a family cabin stay for 2 nights. When we arrived we had discovered the floors were filthy, using baby wipes we wiped a small section to reveal the real filth, there is no way possible this is in-line with Covid19 cleaning standards. And upon using the shower discovered the shower head wouldn't even stay up so we had to rig up a coat hanger to hold it there just for a quick basic shower. When I brought these issues to the staffs attention, they didn't care. Instead they said ill mop it now and come look at the shower. (After being told it was only mopped yesterday before we checked in). No offer of refund, and staff didn't seem worried. Not impressed having such filth conditions in a "family" cabin with a 3 year old on the ground playing.

My wife, pet and I stayed at here and found it to be excellent. I had read a couple of negative reviews, however they were far outweighed by the positive ones. (You can't please everyone)
The facilities were good and very clean. The communal room was very well equipped with TV, microwave, toasters, and so on.

The permanents that occupy the park are in a totally separate area and I found them to cheery enough when mixing with them.

Of course not to forget, you are right on Snug Beach - all in all a very pleasant location
