Great hotel in Launceston. The rooms are great. The only negative is the noise of the huge outside AC units outside makes it impossible to sleep with the verandah door open

Great place to stay. Easy to get to, plenty of parking, short walk to cafes, parks, restaurants and Gorge tour. Staff lovely. The Grain restaurant food delicious, excellent service.

Service not good in the restaurant at breakfast. Staff all standing around whilst food on the counter was waiting for 10 minutes.

Very nice hotel big clean rooms.the missing one star is from the security.the side door close to the park was not locked during dark and a group of local teenagers sneak in to the hotel.felt a bit unsecure.please improve.

The hotel itself is nice but the gnocchi at the restaurant was SO SALTY is was almost too salty to eat!

From the minute we walked through the door, we could tell it was special.
From the kind reception staff. Our room was superb.
But to top it of was the Grains of Silo restaurant. Dinner on Sunday night was superb.
Bonny was very professional, as was the whole team.
All up, we couldn't fault our stay
We think we have found our perfect place to stay in Launceston

The rooms are lovely, spacious and spotless and we loved the river views.

We enjoyed dining at the restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent.

Excellent location, with well appointed rooms. Have always enjoyed meals and cocktails in the various dining and lounging areas.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed for a couple of nights for a business trip. The rooms are spacious, stylish and modern. There is a nice assortment of complementary teas etc.and the view of the river is pleasant. Dined in the restaurant, the meal was nourishing and the dishes on offer were original with exciting tastes. I would definitely return the next time I'm in Launceston - or indeed travel to Launceston to return!

Stayed here for three nights in a twin river room. The room itself is quite spacious and ideal for families. The food in the hotel restaurant was phenomenal! Absolutely delicious. Customer service staff at the lobby were always friendly and warm.
The only negative experience was housekeeping continuously not replenishing items, and us having to keep requesting this on a daily basis.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Great location, ample free parking available across the road busy and thriving Cafe and bar areas, although quite cool when sliding doors opening whilst people heading out onto balcony. Relaxing and comfortable lounge style seating available, nice view, quite noisy in bar seating area, several families and young children in attendance, delicious cheese platter!

This property was recommended to us and we are so glad that we stayed here. The rooms and general areas are fantastic with the exposed concrete from the original silos visible. The rooms are very spacious and lovely. The bed was super comfortable. All staff were friendly and professional and made us feel very welcome. The best part of this hotel - however - is Archie the Hotel Dog! How is this not a thing all over the world? So lovely to get some doggy love while away from home. We can’t wait to visit again.

We stayed in a Gorge River Silo room. The room was extremely spacious and clean. The view was stunning and a delight to wake up to each morning. The block out curtains were magic! The bar lounge was a favourite of ours PLUS the Toby Estate coffee! Let's not forget Archie the dog made those of us pet parents miss our own fur kids a little less.

Had a fabulous stay. So glad we chose Pepper Silo. Very convenient location. The view was so beautiful overlooking the Tamar river. Room was super spacious and clean. Got warm reception, lovely welcome note, upgrade and welcome drinks too as Accor plus member -very happy with everything. Staff were always helpful and really friendly. Also the hotel has everything from the Grain of Silos restaurant to the Bar and Spa and it even has a Hair Salon. Can’t recommend enough, will be back for our next trip to Launceston.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable! Free on-site parking for guests and amazing meals at the restaurant.

Disappointed in stay due to this staff member.
