Orford Blue Waters Hotel

Great stay.great food.the staff all welcoming and it was great to have expresso martinis and the drinks you could order at top class venues. A place to relax and kick your shoes off. Great pricing for all.

Expensive beers and the chicken schnitzel took an hour to come out. It was reheated and dry. The vegetables went cold after 2 minutes. My partners seafood pasta was mostly butter little anything else plus the pasta was overcooked. I'm not a fussy eater but I would not come here again. The food and the service was horrendous

There’s a backpacker section with rooms for 2 at 45$ total which is very cheap and useful when you’re on your way to Maria Island ferry. No access to kitchen though.also the bathrooms were quite dirty. The place is quite old. There is a restaurant (average food and expensive) and a liquor store attached to the hotel.

Exceeded expectations. Not a five star lixury hotel, but for a budget highway pub it was amazing. Spacious, clean, recently refurbished and excellent value. I can't recommend it enougg.

Plus another five more stars on top of the five, the manager here is very welcoming and friendly, and we appreciated him accomodating us with a warm meal and room, we were travelling and it was dark, we couldn’t have stopped at a nicer place. The room was superb, great ocean view and very quiet. Super clean, very nice fish and chips. John Wright from Melbourne, stayed 3/4/2019. Go the Blues, and we would definitely stay here again

Disgusting room. Hot, stuffy awful smell and extremely dated. Tried to change rooms, staff were rude and unhelpful. Restaurant was extremely HOT no air con turned on until they saw several elderly women red faced & fanning themselves. Food was ok. We ended up leaving and booking into a beautiful clean cottage on the river. Would not recommend at all.

A great place to stay. Very well priced and clean.

Take the time to go into the local part of the bar. The locals are very friendly people who are very happy to share a yarn or two.

Went for dinner with my family over the Christmas - new year period. We had to wait a bit longer than we expected for our food to arrive, but that was to be expected with how busy they were.

Nice and friendly staff and lovely modern and comfortably cozy atmosphere and nice affordable accommodation we highly recommend it

Visited on a very busy Saturday night, didn't have a table for us as we stupidity didn't reserve: (but directed us to the bar or gaming room for half hour to see if they could accommodate us, after a while they came and told us they had a table:) the meals were big servings, tasty. Could not fault meal or service.

Stopped in for a very quick drink. It was very quiet being mid afternoon. Lounge table hadn't been wiped down but the place seemed otherwise clean. A shooting game, Tetris style game and some overpriced ball machines flanked one wall and at the other end were some claw machines. In the lobby were some bikes for hire for half day or full day rates. Outside on the shore side is a well equipped playground with a variety of play equipment. There is a bottle shop and motel attached to this venue

We just went for dinner. It's a simple dining but nothing to complain about. Food was really good and huge servings. I really recommend having a meal here. The lamb shank very good.

Meal was spot on. Staff were alright. She said you can't get roasts with chips and I have had that 20 times before. She even said " you can't get tbone here. Yet it was on specials board. 4/5 for meal 3.5/5 for staff
Great night.

Not the cheapest place to eat but probably the best place in town. Large portions and set on the water, unfortunately we were there at night so we didn't get to see the views. Friendly staff.

Great service, Food was amazing. Lamb shank was tender and fell off the bone.
Best place we have eaten at in Tassie.

Good Bar, Bistro & Gaming facilities. Food was good. One of the better options if staying at Oxford.
