The atmosphere and staff were brilliant and attentive. It was great to see how the team worked so well.

I enjoyed the food especially the ricotta gnocchi. I did feel that portion control could be improved. We were too full after two entrees that we barely touched our mains. The pasta quality for the mains was amazing but the sauce let the dishes down a little.

Amazing. Beautiful fresh oysters, squid ink linguine, beef, king fish, all just sensational. Dessert and wine awesome. The gnocchi was the only thing we weren't happy with. Fantastic service. Will definitely go back next time in Tassie.

The food and wine was excellent. The staff were knowledgeable, and really professional. I’ve eaten at “fancier” places in Melbourne that weren’t as good as this.

The experience was well worth the money.

The restaurant had a small menu but the food was amazing and the service was prompt, friendly and courteous.
The beverage list was quite large with a variety of wines on display, and the deserts were delicious also.

It was definitely a highlight while staying in Launceston.

The venue was outstanding in ambience, location, and service. The food was delicious, and servings were more than adequate. On the pricey side but well worth it. Would definitely revisit when Launceston again.

Meals are authentic, tasty and value for money. Head chefs a dork, the sign out the front is really fancy!

But this time mixed it up and tried the duck very well cooked and seasoned. I wouldn't order again but that's just preference. Had the tartae again - can not fault one of the best I've had in Launceston. The dessert was not what was expected. But what is always top notch is the service. The service is top notch you can just tell they work as a team and have the interest of the customer as their main goal. Can not fault the service. Drinks are perfect

This place is just amazing, the staff greet you at the door are very friendly an polite. The soup was just enough with beautiful taste. I had the lamb rump and it was the best lamb iv had in a long time. It was the perfect size meal mouth watering taste absolutely beautiful meal will be back for sure.

Best oysters I have eaten in decades (from Bruny Island). Wallaby was cooked correctly. Panna cotta was superb. Deserves it's number one status

Wow oh wow, dined here with my spouse and absolutely loved everything. The food was beyond delicious, the service was a complete class act and the atmosphere was perfect. We had the lamb, seafood pasta, oysters (which were plump and flavoursome and I will in future compare other oysters I eat to these melt in your mouth beauties) We could not recommend Novaro’s more and cannot wait to return.

Service was great, super friendly and professional. The food was amazing and definitely will be going back again. Couldn't recommend more highly, 5 star experience all the way!

Very disappointed when visiting for my birthday in September not the same ambience or food that we have experience over past visits over several years As the last owners had sold to the chef.
Miss the humour of the last owners and the detail and vast menu it was like being at areal Italian restaurant. Not sure why they changed the decor as it was perfect. I think it was also more expensive and the quality had sadly declined. Hope they can improve.
