This pub has great atmosphere and character to it. They have a variety of beers. Was happy to see you can just get a normal beer on tap cause not everyone has jumped on the craft beer wagon. Girl behind the bar was super nice. Toilets were clean. Didnt eat any food so i cant comment on that

Came for dinner with our 3 boys.they had $10 cocktails.don't bother. They are worse than i would mix at home.
Meals were overpriced and poor quality.kids meals were tiny.kids were still hungry.
Adult meals drenched in oil.

Brick factory is just up the road and
100 times better.

Walked in and it was all quiet like the pub in Ripping Yarns. But boy the food was great. The Pork Steak was fantastic and really juicy. The wife had the Irish Parmy and it was very nice too. Topped it off with a Malted Lagoon Red Ale. Very nice. Staff were very pleasant too. We taught each other about Shandy's.

Had a great meal and drink here last night. Welcoming staff and typical Irish bar setting made for a brilliant venue. Recommend the Guiness Pie

Well. 3 out of 4 meals were.well awful.
Sadly.
The staff were nice, Guinness and Kilkenny on tap as well as Bulmers but the steaks were tough and small and the burger was thick and dry. The Guinness and Steak pie was Exceptional and Beautifully presented. I had just asked for a steak medium (with no blood on the plate pls.) to be sure, to be sure.

Yeah, I won't recommend this venue at all. Maybe good service but rude chef.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was blown away by the friendly staff, quick orders and delicious food.

In Hobart for 2 nights and drawn here each one of them. Cosy, well heated pub with minimal pokies and screens distracting you so you can have a good chat.

Very clean, had some great beer, steak, seafood pie.

Today i had some tasty lunch and a cup of tea. Keep it up guys and i’ll see you next time i’m back in Hobart.

The most amazing pie I've ever had in Australia! We went back twice it was that good. Friendly staff and atmosphere so it was great.

What I needed on a rainy night. Check their live music night schedule. Would have been great to see the fiddle players.

Just arrived in Hobart and went in for food and it was absolutely amazing, cleared the plate! Being Irish it was the best thing I could of imaged! Twas like the Granny herself made it!

Basic pub meals sometimes rather overcooked in deep fryer, eg schnitzels. Good servings of vegetables.

After having booked 4 weeks in advance show up to be told to sit at a keg opposite the main bar for an evening meal. I have never been treated so rudely before. Shame on you for being so hurtful to an older couple. As I am a senior reviewer with TripAdvisor my review of your hotel will not be positive.

Unbelievable food. We stayed in Hobart 4 nights and ate in Irish Murphys 3 of those nights, I think that says it all! Food was delicious and well presented, staff were extremely friendly.

Drinks here can be expensive compared to other places in Salamanca, the friendly staff, the meals and the pool table is a bonus though.

I visited only for the memories of when I was younger. It hasn't changed and that's a good thing.

I've come in here for a drink a couple of times and have never had a bad experience. I don't know enough to make a detailed review, but I can say that I can recommend you stop by if you're drinking down in Salamanca.

I see these place as more of a pub than a club, it's more relaxed, especially in the room on the left side of the venue where you can get a booth and sink a few drinks with friends.
