69High quality oyster, salmon and fries, but not as nice as the bigger ones we had at the main land. GetShucked has other food in the menu, which is a plus point.
My common sense told me giving 2 stars was not quite right.it would be presumptuous to determine the taste of food in its nature form.however honestly i myself didn't find fresh oysters here impressive, even after a few attempt visits.idk.even after we found the size of the oyster did't really matter rather than the type, which brought quite a different touch in a mouthful munch.however they offer varieties of smoked meats which look fascinating which only available for a take away.comfy place, cold drinks.
Sooo glad we stopped in here on Bruny Island for a quick ‘Pino Grigio’ and a dozen Oysters Kilpatrick - it was cold outside but the chilli hit was devine.
Firstly, they only want sell oyster, any other need 45mins even chips and toast. Second Very bad service. No smile, Staff took my plate even I was not finish my oyster. I Would not come here again.
Very friendly staff showcasing the very best of Tasmanian oysters!
Their oysters sit firmly between the creaminess of a Sydney rock oyster and the saltiness of a Pacific oyster. Having the best of both worlds means you never have to be torn between the two!
This place ran out of stock at around 3pm so be quick before they turn you away!
Bought a dozen at the drive thru and had no taste. Must have been washed. Further north around St Helens they were the best!
This is a working oyster farm with an attached oyster drive-through. The oysters are the freshest I've ever had.
A must visit for Bruny island. I'm not really excited by the idea of oysters but thought we'd check it out as my wife was keen. Nice setup with good atmosphere. Not a lot of options other than oysters obviously but they're well worth a try. We got the tasting platter of a dozen oysters for $24 including 4 naked, 4 Kilpatrick and 4 asian flavored. A great way to try them in variation. The asian flavored were our favorite.
A lovely stop on the island. Awesome characters, cold drinks andFRESH oysters. They even have a drive thru!
If you love oyters, this place is heaven. The oysters are amazing, and when combined with a glass of wine and a view out to the leases.just perfect.
Nice range of local products available for sale.
However oysters are very small for $20 a dozen.
Tourist spot rather than authentic oyster farm.
The oyster served here is extremely fresh and delicious highly recommend and the staff there are very friendly, would come back here again to try this
Only if u love fresh oysters. The salmon was small but with the bread it tasted awesome. My fav place in bruny so far
The best oysters ever. And they serve them in several unique ways. Just loved the place. Do not miss it if your in Bruny Island.
Best oysters! You must try it if you are in Tasmania. Also the beach across the road from Get Shucked was amazing.
As fresh as you can get unless you catch it yourself. At $20 per dozen its real value for your bucks
One cashier so things can get a bit slow, but when you get your fresh oyster from their farm like 10mins out in the water, you need to have at least a dozen for yourself. I never really liked eating raw oysters until this Tasmania trip. Bless!
Loved this place, very fresh and delicious oysters, and they have some cooked options as well, which also were really great. And they have fish and other food besides oysters, in case there is that someone in the group who doesn’t like oysters (strange, right?).
Really friendly staff, great atmosphere by the beach and super fresh shucked oysters! They come in two sizes being extra large for $3 an oyster and normal size. You can also get them cooked in a variety of ways which we didn't try. Fresh is best! They also sell a variety of local produce and you can watch them shuck the oysters fresh in the restaurant.
